Took our Jeep into to have the alternator replaced, came back and the AC didn't work. We were told it was the TIPM unit which runs the AC and the alternator. It was obviously the new alternator that cause back and the AC didn't work. We were told it was the TIPM unit which runs the AC and the alternator. I don't believe in writing or posting negative reviews and I have never done so before, however after my last TWO disastrous experiences at Davis-Moore's service center, I feel it is imperative that I war and I have never done so before, however after my last TWO disastrous experiences at Davis-Moore's service center, I feel it is imperative that I warn others AGAINST bringing their vehicle to this service center! On both occasions I brought my Jeep in for a simple oil change / regular maintenance and drove away with a car that was in WORSE CONDITION than it was when I drove in. During each visit a mysterious ADDITIONAL PROBLEM was created. I was never given a sufficient explanation regarding HOW ALL OF THE SUDDEN my battery and back-up camera suddenly started to malfunction while in Davis-Moore's care. Again, both my battery and camera were working BEFORE I brought my car into the service center and I drove away distressed, angry, and disappointed because I suddenly have to contend with repairs for mysterious problems BOTH TIMES. While the shop manager was polite, he did nothing to solve the issue or KEEP ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Although I have brought my Jeep to Davis-Moore's service center since 2018, I will NEVER patronize that shop again and I suggest no one else does either! More

Great Service! I just had one of the best service experiences ever! Took my Ram to Davis-Moore Ram in Wichita to take care of a recall. The work took half as long as I just had one of the best service experiences ever! Took my Ram to Davis-Moore Ram in Wichita to take care of a recall. The work took half as long as I was told and they washed my truck!! I did not expect that, especially since it was recall work. Guess where it will go for all future repairs and service! My previous dealer put mismatched locking lug nuts on my truck and then argued with me about their error. That was the last straw in a long line of mess ups. Davis-Moore has my business. More
Engine Repairs & other work done here. Took our van to Hatchett, where we bought it, who replaced some parts for $780 and the problem was still there so they told us to go to a Dodge center Took our van to Hatchett, where we bought it, who replaced some parts for $780 and the problem was still there so they told us to go to a Dodge center. At Davis-Moore we found out it was a cylinder head problem. We gave them our warranty information...which didn’t get called for over a week because of communication problems. At times, it took almost a week to hear back from the service center. The total time of our van being at this place was almost two months due to a part backorder. The bright light was that the service manager found a part nearby and Padrick got warranty to approve a rental for a few days. I was told they didn’t have any loaners ir rentals available. After the repair, our check engine light came on, so we went back. The thermostat was stuck open and an update was needed so we spent over $300 for that. Then check engine came on again, days later, and van vibrated so bad, we drove 30mph on shoulder of highway in order to take it back. The fix did not cost me anything, so I asked what had happened. They told me a coil pack backed out or something. I asked why that happened and he said it was an accident from the repair. Stuff happens, so I won’t fault anyone, but I was upset at the inconvenience. The service manager contacted me to apologize and was willing to do anything to make us happy. More

This time I was needing and extra key for our crossfire. I called the parts department they said they had a new $15,000 key machine to make keys. For the crossfire they would have to order it and it could take a few weeks or longer. I called around and checked on lone and found one that was very expensive I could get within a week. I brought the key in to have it cut and programed. They cut the key and had me get with Service Manager Bob Garrison. Bob got right on it. He came back 30 minutes or and said they had cut the key wrong. But I have another key coming that is already cut. This next Wednesday and we can get it program and get you on your way. All I can say is Bob Garrison is my Service Manager From now On and he ought to be yours to Thank you Davis -Moore. Keith Kimball, Derby Ks More
Service I went in for an oil change. The gentleman told me it was time for my tires to be rotated he asked if I wanted this done. While waiting another gentle I went in for an oil change. While waiting another gentleman approached me and said my air filter was dirty and asked if I would like it changed ! I said yes on both. I appreciate how I was asked of these things when they could’ve done it and charged me without saying anything. They also washed and vacuumed my car! Keep up the great job. I appreciate you! More
Fixed problem that had been with van since I purchased it. 7 months after taking delivery of Pacifica, I noticed that one lug nut on each wheel was a locking lug nut and I didn't have the correct tool to remov 7 months after taking delivery of Pacifica, I noticed that one lug nut on each wheel was a locking lug nut and I didn't have the correct tool to remove them. Amy saw the problem and said "let me see if I can't get a fix for this". She was able to fix the problem at no cost to me. Thank you Amy. More
