Recall I bought a Dodge Avenger from this dealership in Wichita ks brand new in 2014. Andrew was great to work with and so we're the other guys. Overall I've I bought a Dodge Avenger from this dealership in Wichita ks brand new in 2014. Andrew was great to work with and so we're the other guys. Overall I've had a pleasant experience with this dealership; however, when I went in for the recall on my car to be fixed the woman at the service desk was rude and not helpful at all. Then when I went to pick up my car I was not impressed at all. I usually keep cough drops, sunscreen, a comb, and my phone charger just normal stuff that most women keep in their car. I keep all of those things in my center console in case I ever am in need of them. When I got back in my car all of that stuff was scattered all over my passenger seat! I understand that they needed to move it to get to the part they were fixing, but isn't it common courtesy to put the stuff back rather than scatter it and leave a mess in the seat? Definitely not happy nor impressed with this visit... More

I could go someplace closer but go here. That may change. I haven't had any problems with the work they do it's their cleanliness. I went in for an oil change today and was informed I was over due for the 30K mile service, I'm at 40K now, why wasn't it brought up during the previous services? I had time and had it done. I watch other vehicles leave all nice and clean from the car wash. I see my truck is parked, no wash, the service tech came in and told me it was done and they were finishing the paper work and should get it washed. No wash, not the first time either, it's hit and miss on the car wash. R.O Open at 9:37, ready at 10:49, just over an hour for LOF, Replace passenger side air bag, tune up (replacing 6 spark plugs) and courtesy inspection which I never received a copy which makes me question if it was done. More
Easygoing, Straight Forward and Honest My wife and I stopped by Davis-Moore to look at 2017 Wrangler Rubicon Recon Editions. Rich Vogt met us at the door and showed us a number Jeeps, but My wife and I stopped by Davis-Moore to look at 2017 Wrangler Rubicon Recon Editions. Rich Vogt met us at the door and showed us a number Jeeps, but they didnt have what we were looking for in stock that day. We were both very impressed with Rich's no-hassle, relaxed approach to car sales. When a Recon edition came in, Rich invited us to see it and take it for a test drive. We decided that in order to get the Jeep we wanted we would need to place an order. The sales manager, Steve Klein was thorough and direct and pricing was highly competitive. Steve made the discussion easy and it was great to see the same no-hassle approach in this part of the process as well! The day our new vehicle arrived, Rich invited us to see it and when we returned to accept delivery the process flowed very well. I.C. Collins in Finance provided great recommendations on available warranty and finance options and helped us design a package that was right for both our budget and our driving style. He made the process comfortable and very understandable. Rich then took me to meet Cong Nguyen in parts, who helped me purchase accessories to protect our new vehicle. Overall, I found buying from Davis Moore to be a great experience, and their straightforward approach is serving them well. Great job! More
