Poor customer service in the service department. Set the appointment for Thursday, had to drop the truck off the night before due to work. Never received any type of communication what so ever. Tried to call and never got to speak with the advisor, left a voice mail and never heard back. Drove to the dealer at noon and the truck had still not been moved. This is the second time dealing with these problems with this dealership and will NEVER return. More
We just had some work done on our Jeep. Kimberly, our Service Advisor went above and beyond to meet our needs. She is both professional and friendly. A great lady to work with. I called at 2:30, 3, then 3:48 on April 28th to schedule service for my SUV.. Each time, I was transferred to 'Kimberly", and each time I received voice mail, and each time left a message. I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Davis-Moore was so positive, I feel I must do so. The "Check Engine Light" of our Tahoe came on and the engine started running rough as we entered K Davis-Moore was so positive, I feel I must do so. The "Check Engine Light" of our Tahoe came on and the engine started running rough as we entered Kansas on our way home to the Minneapolis area from Arizona. We chose D-M because of its location. When we called ahead, they agreed to make time to do a preliminary assessment whenever we arrived. That assessment revealed a serious issue. Knowing how important it was for us to get home for Easter, they got right on it the next morning and had us on our way by 3:00 pm. Service Manager, Tim Engle and Service Consultant, Kimberly Gorton were all-stars. We could not have asked for better service. John and Lynne Brennan More
