He was great for that initial day, but the person I will deal with for the life of my car is Kimberly in the service department! She is AWESOME, I know this has to be a high stress, as we car owners are not happy if our cars are failing us. I see her interacting with each client as if they were the only one in the room, as she listens and calmly makes each person feel welcomed and cared for.
