We weren't sure if we could find what we were wanting in our budget, but Steve helped us find a great truck. He was extremely helpful and went to work for us! In just a few days of working with him, we felt like we had known him for years. The finance team also were very easy to work with, made our buying experience less stressful and comfortable. Knowledgeable service diagnostics. I bought my car at Lubbers, but they weren't able to figure out why it had lots of play in the drive line. A/C Service I took my Tahoe in with an A/C problem. Over all, I would say the service department needs to work on communication. Long story short, they claimed th I took my Tahoe in with an A/C problem. Over all, I would say the service department needs to work on communication. Long story short, they claimed that my compressor went bad and destroyed everything (didn't offer to show me, I took them at their word). They went in a replaced almost everything in the AC system (some of which was under warranty, some wasn't). Had to keep it over night, didn't offer me a rental car, and tried to convince me to do a bunch of other work that I declined. When I picked up the car and paid the 700 dollar bill no questions asked, I drove it halfway home and the AC wasn't cooling at all! I called back as I'm driving home, and they wanted me to bring it right back but I couldn't waste any more time that week. I brought it back the following week, more time away from work, and I sat for 2 hours with no communication at all. I went to ask about status and finally got the update. They recharged it, it seemed to be working but there may be something wrong with the actuators which weren't under warranty and would cost another 1000 dollars to replace. I requested a rental car this time, which they gave me, then when I went to pick the car up the next day they made it sound like I was in for a separate trip for the actuators and the car wouldn't be covered, even though the AC wasn't fixed the first time under the warranty where I didn't get a rental car. I told him I was unhappy and felt like I was getting the runaround, and he basically said that the AC was working properly and they couldn't reproduce the problem, but that they would cover the rental car (which should have been provided the first time I put the car in anyway). I bought this car from this dealership, and have had it serviced there before, but I will probably not be able to go back. More
