My daughter purchased a 09 civic last October. Tito was the sales Rep who sold us the car. He was professional and easy to work with. Recently my daughter complained that the car was making noises when the the sales Rep who sold us the car. He was professional and easy to work with. Recently my daughter complained that the car was making noises when the brakes were applied. We called a Honda dealer closer to home for an appointment. The closer dealer was not willing to consider a loaner car and I believe he may have charged us for this warranty issue. Tito and Jen at Willis Honda had a loaner car for my daughter and covered the repair to her car under warranty no questions asked. My daughter says the brakes just fell better then when they were new. We have bought 5 Hondas from Willis and even thought Willis is further away and in the next state with other Honda dealers close by. Willis will also get our cars for our service needs. I owned a 1988 Honda CRX Si for 15 years. I had my car serviced at Willis Honda for many years because I like the people there and the way they took care of my car. I never knew anything other than compl serviced at Willis Honda for many years because I like the people there and the way they took care of my car. I never knew anything other than complete trust. After I sold my well maintained Honda with over 270,000 miles I bought a German luxury sports sedan. I like this car but I’ve never been so disappointed with the other dealerships I have visited. They lie by making me feel my car is sick and then pad the bill with a bunch of unnecessary work. I’ve been screwed thousands of dollars more than once thinking I could trust them like I did with my Honda at Willis. I tell everyone that Willis Honda is the gold standard of dealerships. I’m happy to see that many other people feel the same way I do. More
I was there for an oil change. I was dealt with right away. My wait time was not bad and as always, everyone who spoke with me was professional and kind. Great people and friendly service. They are who I take both my 98 Civic and my 07 CRV to, wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. My only problem is paying almost 100 for an hour of labor ... The plus side is they do a great job and in the last six years I've only returned once to fix a problem that occurred during their repair. More
I had a service visit this week for an oil change. As always, the entire visit was very pleasant! The management team clearly values service because their team is trained well and held to a very high level of service--they are top notch! I love my Pilot and I have enjoyed the 3 year service relationship with the folks at Willis. There are no other dealers in South Jersey who can compare. More
The customer service at Willis is top notch. This was the first service on the car, which involved an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership provides the first oil change for free, which is a nice courtesy. I was given a 730 am appointment, taken right in, and I had my car back in 45 minutes, on my way at 815. The dealership has a comfortable clean waiting area, with Starbucks coffee! I was very happy with the overall experience. More

There were a few other minor problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition, the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. The service staff (Sue) was very helpfula dn friendly as well as the cashier (Cassandra). So, I give the service at Willis Honda high marks because: 1. All the work that needed to be done was performed to my satisfaction 2. There was no charge for lubricating the passenger window track, sunroof mechanism and fastening the driver side seat skirt. 3. Staff was very friendly, courteous and answered additional questions I had about my Accord Coupe 4. Cost of the service (5 qts. oil and filter and checking all other fluid levels) was quite reasonable. 5. I was in and out in less that an hour Go Phillies!! More
