I had a service visit this week for an oil change. As always, the entire visit was very pleasant! The customer service at Willis is top notch. This was the first service on the car, which involved an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership provides the first oil change for free, which is a nice courtesy. I was given a 730 am appointment, taken right in, and I had my car back in 45 minutes, on my way at 815. The dealership has a comfortable clean waiting area, with Starbucks coffee! I was very happy with the overall experience. More

My recent car purchase experience with Willis Honda, Burlington was by and far the most pleasant and pai including BMW, Acura’s Nissan’s and Honda’s. Willis Honda did not play any games with the price quote; the quote was fair and competitively priced. There were no sales pressure tactics, only old-fashioned honest customer service. When my wife and I picked-up the car, we were greeted with Starbucks coffee and water and every step of the sales and delivery process was explained in detail by our sales consultant, Dan McDonnell. A few days after we took delivery of our 09 Accord EX-L, we received a call from Willis Honda extending their appreciation followed by an email from Ed Riley, Willis Honda General Manager. It was a good experience with Willis Honda dealership, sales person, manager and finance person. They seemed to be accomodative and friendly people. Everyone is very helpful. Waiting room is cheerful and clean. The coffee, juice and popcorn is a nice touch. Computer access is great. The employees are very helpful and very pleasant. There were a few other minor problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction. I I needed to have the oil changed in my '05 Accords EX-L Coupe. There were a few other minor problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition, the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. The service staff (Sue) was very helpfula dn friendly as well as the cashier (Cassandra). So, I give the service at Willis Honda high marks because: 1. All the work that needed to be done was performed to my satisfaction 2. There was no charge for lubricating the passenger window track, sunroof mechanism and fastening the driver side seat skirt. 3. Staff was very friendly, courteous and answered additional questions I had about my Accord Coupe 4. Cost of the service (5 qts. oil and filter and checking all other fluid levels) was quite reasonable. 5. I was in and out in less that an hour Go Phillies!! More
I visited two other South jersey honda dealers before purchasuing my new Sport FIT at Willis Honda. My experience with the other two dealers was very disappointing. there was an incidence of "bait & swi purchasuing my new Sport FIT at Willis Honda. My experience with the other two dealers was very disappointing. there was an incidence of "bait & switch" with one dealer, wher I was told the auto I wanted was in stock only to find out that it was not there when I went to the dealer. I was also told that I HAD to buy an add-on package for $600.00 that was provided by the dealer. I won't even go int my experiences with the second dealer from whom I purchased 2 other tne Hondas over the years. I finally contacted the internet person at Willis Honda (Cherl Myers) and asked her for an internet quote. She was very polite and more importantly very responsive. She talsked to the Sales Manager Ed Riley and immediately answered my questions. I made an appointment with the Sales Manager, and steeld myself for another car buying ordeal. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Sales Asociate, zNajim Branch. He was very friendly and courteous and helpful without being aggressive. He introduced me to te sales mabnager and we got right down to business. Everything they promised me over the telephone and no BS. We picked up the new car yesterday and the transaction was flawless. Everione we talked to there was helpful and friendly and seemed to want to be there. I have bought many new cars and this was the best experience ever. More

I tried to purchase a 2008 Odyssey today for the 2nd time in the last 2 months. My first try we weren't able to come to a deal, so when I received a call this weekend, I decided to give them a second chance in the last 2 months. The phone call I recieved from George the Sales Manager was that he had some more incentives and that believed he could get me where I wanted to be with my payment. When I got there and waited for an hour, they came back with $100 OVER that payment. I got up and walked out. On my way out, all Mr. Able had to say was sorry! I told him sorry didn't cut it and not to call me again. I have a 3 month old home with me. I don't have time to waste sitting in a dealership being jerked around. I will not go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone! I'm also VERY disaapointed because my first car purchased from them was a great experience. You'd think they'd sharpen their customer service skills with the new Honda dealership being built 20 min south of them. As for their service department, I haven't had much luck there either. Both times I've taken it there, the car was worse then before. More
