I visited two other South jersey honda dealers before purchasuing my new Sport FIT at Willis Honda. My experience with the other two dealers was very disappointing. there was an incidence of "bait & swi purchasuing my new Sport FIT at Willis Honda. My experience with the other two dealers was very disappointing. there was an incidence of "bait & switch" with one dealer, wher I was told the auto I wanted was in stock only to find out that it was not there when I went to the dealer. I was also told that I HAD to buy an add-on package for $600.00 that was provided by the dealer. I won't even go int my experiences with the second dealer from whom I purchased 2 other tne Hondas over the years. I finally contacted the internet person at Willis Honda (Cherl Myers) and asked her for an internet quote. She was very polite and more importantly very responsive. She talsked to the Sales Manager Ed Riley and immediately answered my questions. I made an appointment with the Sales Manager, and steeld myself for another car buying ordeal. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Sales Asociate, zNajim Branch. He was very friendly and courteous and helpful without being aggressive. He introduced me to te sales mabnager and we got right down to business. Everything they promised me over the telephone and no BS. We picked up the new car yesterday and the transaction was flawless. Everione we talked to there was helpful and friendly and seemed to want to be there. I have bought many new cars and this was the best experience ever. More
Whenever I go to Willis Honda, the customer service department is always friendly and courteous. I tried to purchase a 2008 Odyssey today for the 2nd time in the last 2 months. My first try we weren't able to come to a deal, so when I received a call this weekend, I decided to give them a second chance in the last 2 months. The phone call I recieved from George the Sales Manager was that he had some more incentives and that believed he could get me where I wanted to be with my payment. When I got there and waited for an hour, they came back with $100 OVER that payment. I got up and walked out. On my way out, all Mr. Able had to say was sorry! I told him sorry didn't cut it and not to call me again. I have a 3 month old home with me. I don't have time to waste sitting in a dealership being jerked around. I will not go there again, nor will I recommend them to anyone! I'm also VERY disaapointed because my first car purchased from them was a great experience. You'd think they'd sharpen their customer service skills with the new Honda dealership being built 20 min south of them. As for their service department, I haven't had much luck there either. Both times I've taken it there, the car was worse then before. More
I LOVE my Honda Pilot! My experience at Willis Honda was great. The Employees are wonderful. They always had smiles on their faces! Any and all questions were answered with honesty. Very pleasant, personable dealership. All employees are extremely helpful! There were a lot of vehicles with various options to choose from. It was not a problem for my salesman to let me drive about 8 v extremely helpful! There were a lot of vehicles with various options to choose from. I used to go to Honda of Princeton for service.. When I was looking for a roof rack for my vehicle and stopped in your building Ceal was the first person to take care of me. Made for a great first time experience.. Living in Hamilton puts me right in the middle geographically of Willis Honda and Princeton Honda. I was always using Princeton Honda for Sales and service but with the pricing and service I received at Willis, I will definitely be back to Willis in the future. More
Bought my vehicle at Willis about 14 months ago. Was treated fairly and Dan was easy to deal with. Have been back 2 or 3 times for service since and have been taken care of by Ceal. This is my 3rd car buying expeirence to date and by far my best experience. I work in sales myself so I tend to not have the patience for any of the run around some companies and dealers give you. My entire sale process form beginning to end was as smooth and as quick as I could ask for. The Sales manager Janelle who I began with over the phone was as nice as can be answered all my questions and was true to her word when I arrived at the dealership. They were able to beat any other price I was quoted on a brand new fully loaded 2008 Accord Coupe EX-L V6. When I got to the dealership there was no hidden fees and no surprises. Everything was as she promised. The salesman I dealt with Jay was very nice and was able to move me through the process quickly like I wanted. Was able to take the car for a quick test drive and everything was just like I had asked for. Even the final process of dealing with the finance manager Bernadette was great. Just as a nice as everyone else and she moved me through the process quickly as well as setting me up with an 7yr bumper to bumper warranty for a price that could not be met by any other dealer. Finally I recieved a nice follow up phone call asking if I had any issues and how the car was the following day by Jay which is a real nice touch in my opinion coming from a sales background. It's rare to find such a great follow through in sales and when you do it's somebody you always want to deal with again. I'd recommend Willis to anybody in the Tri-State area. More
