I had a great experience with Willis Honda. I had been a loyal honda customer with DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge, NJ and had purchased at least 10 cars from them over the past several years. Even though there was customer loyalty on my part, I did not experience any loyalty or consideration from Academy Honda when I wanted to trade in my 2008 Honda Accord that I was not happy with. I got a much better price from Willis Honda and a much more pleasurable buying experience. It is worth the ride if you have to travel from a long distance. I had previously sent a friend of mine to my sales person at Academy. She was not happy with the numbers she was getting on her trade so she went to Willis Honda and ended up getting a higher trade-in value and a better price on the new Pilot that she purchased. I took a lesson from her experience and went to Willis Honda to purchase my 2008 Honda CRV. It was completely hassel-free. They exceeded my expectations. Kevin Rogoza was wonderful to deal with. Just an overall nice guy. Trevor Purdin and Rob Brejcha were also a pleasure to deal with. I will no longer be referring my friends to Academy Honda, which I had done for many years. My new dealer of choice is Willis Honda. I have experienced the Willis difference! More
I walked in not expecting to make a deal and walked out very satisfied that I got a fair deal. The dealership is very nice inside (My wife even liked the coffee) and all of the people were great to deal wi very satisfied that I got a fair deal. There was no rushing us thru the process. There is a lot more I could write but I'll just say to buy from Willis. Even if you have to drive a little to get there. I hope when it comes time for service that the service dept is as good as the sales dept. I think they will be based on friends that have used them. Maybe I'll add to this once I have taken the car in for service. Jim More

Great people and friendly service. They are who I take both my 98 Civic and my 07 CRV to, wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. My only problem is paying almost 100 for an hour of labor ... The plus side is they do a great job and in the last six years I've only returned once to fix a problem that occurred during their repair. More
I had a service visit this week for an oil change. As always, the entire visit was very pleasant! From the person who made my appointment to the service reps who took care of me that day ending with the always, the entire visit was very pleasant! The management team clearly values service because their team is trained well and held to a very high level of service--they are top notch! I love my Pilot and I have enjoyed the 3 year service relationship with the folks at Willis. There are no other dealers in South Jersey who can compare. More
The customer service at Willis is top notch. This was the first service on the car, which involved an oil change and tire rotation. The dealership provides the first oil change for free, which is a nice courtesy. I was given a 730 am appointment, taken right in, and I had my car back in 45 minutes, on my way at 815. The dealership has a comfortable clean waiting area, with Starbucks coffee! I was very happy with the overall experience. More

My recent car purchase experience with Willis Honda, Burlington was by and far the most pleasant and pai including BMW, Acura’s Nissan’s and Honda’s. My recent car purchase experience with Willis Honda, Burlington was by and far the most pleasant and painfree. Willis Honda did not play any games with the price quote; the quote was fair and competitively priced. There were no sales pressure tactics, only old-fashioned honest customer service. When my wife and I picked-up the car, we were greeted with Starbucks coffee and water and every step of the sales and delivery process was explained in detail by our sales consultant, Dan McDonnell. A few days after we took delivery of our 09 Accord EX-L, we received a call from Willis Honda extending their appreciation followed by an email from Ed Riley, Willis Honda General Manager. Everyone is very helpful. Waiting room is cheerful and clean. The coffee, juice and popcorn is a nice touch. Computer access is great. The employees are very helpful and very pleasant. There were a few other minor problems that were taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition, the work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. The service staff (Sue) was very helpfula dn friendly as well as the cashier (Cassandra). So, I give the service at Willis Honda high marks because: 1. All the work that needed to be done was performed to my satisfaction 2. There was no charge for lubricating the passenger window track, sunroof mechanism and fastening the driver side seat skirt. 3. Staff was very friendly, courteous and answered additional questions I had about my Accord Coupe 4. Cost of the service (5 qts. oil and filter and checking all other fluid levels) was quite reasonable. 5. I was in and out in less that an hour Go Phillies!! More
