My wife and I performed our research and received some internet pricing for the Honda Oddessey EX-L. We are not patient people and we despise the general runaround at car dealerships. We came to Willis internet pricing for the Honda Oddessey EX-L. We are not patient people and we despise the general runaround at car dealerships. We came to Willis Honda direct from a Toyota dealership which gave us the runaround and could not even offer a price on a Toyota Sienna. We did not ask to test drive the Sienna, just simply to get the best price on a Sienna LE with the auto door package. They spent more time explaining their sales strategy, and never offered a price. They were afforded 10 minutes, and upon failing to present a price we walked. From Toyota we went to Willis Honda. Upon arrival, we were met by Kevin Rogosa. We explained to him that we had no patience, we just walked from Toyota because they were taking too long to give a price, and explained what we wanted. Kevin sat us down, got my wife a water, and in a couple minutes he had a price ready for us. We told him he was higher than the internet offers. He got his sales manager, Ed Reilly, and Reilly wrote a price down that beat the internet sales by about $200. We received a fair price for our trade-in, KBB threshold. THIS INTERACTION TOOK NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. We exited the store and shopped around some more. While other dealerships were begrudgingly willing to match the car price, the runaround was a lot more. Other dealers low-balled the trade in, and seemed to want to play the back and forth bargaining game. My wife and I decided that we appreciated the straightforwardness of the Willis dealership, and speed in which they gave the best price. I called them the following day, got my trade-in bumped up some more and sealed the deal. Very Easy dealership to deal with. Easy car buying experience. Do your research and you'll see they are pretty good. I understand car dealerships and salesmen need to make a profit... its business. I just don't want to get taken. If I ask for best the price, don't come back with a monthly payment. Don't waste my time. I want to hear that you've presented your best price and that if I can find it cheaper elsewhere, then buy it there. Willis did just that - they presented an offer QUICKLY, and let me know that if I could buy it cheaper elsewhere, then do it because it would be an unbelievable deal. More
I owned a 1988 Honda CRX Si for 15 years. I had my car serviced at Willis Honda for many years because I like the people there and the way they took care of my car. I never knew anything other than compl serviced at Willis Honda for many years because I like the people there and the way they took care of my car. I never knew anything other than complete trust. After I sold my well maintained Honda with over 270,000 miles I bought a German luxury sports sedan. I like this car but I’ve never been so disappointed with the other dealerships I have visited. They lie by making me feel my car is sick and then pad the bill with a bunch of unnecessary work. I’ve been screwed thousands of dollars more than once thinking I could trust them like I did with my Honda at Willis. I tell everyone that Willis Honda is the gold standard of dealerships. I’m happy to see that many other people feel the same way I do. More

This is our 3rd car purchased from Willis. We got a great deal on a new 2009 Pilot. We love our new Honda! The service dept is excellent. Free coffee, water, soda and Internet. Dealing with Willis was excellent! They made the transaction as easy as they could. We live in North Jersey, so Willis did a lot of the paperwork via FedEx and fax, saving us lots of back and forth transaction as easy as they could. This was great for us since we both work and don't have lots of time to devote to buying a car. Janelle was great at keeping us informed of the status of our sale and where we were with paperwork, etc. Willis even let us pick the car up a day earlier than we had planned due to an impending snow storm. We could not have asked for better customer service. Our kids were impressed with the Willis showroom, especially the free hot chocolate. When we need another car, we will start (and probably end) our search at Willis. Everyone we dealt with at Willis was professional and friendly. Highly recommended. More

My interaction started off with an internet request for a quote. The internet consultant answered my questions and continuously followed up with me. When we visited the dealership, the sales consultant, Derek was very helpful. They were able to beat the price quote from another dealership. Though Willis did not have the color we were looking for in stock, they were also able to locate and procure a vehicle in about 2 days. We took delivery of the vehicle a week later. The sales manager and finance manager were also efficient and well-informed. The sales consultant also followed up with call 2 days after we took delivery to ensure that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Overall we had a pleasurable experience buying a 2009 Honda Pilot from Willis Honda. More
