I sent in a recent review that was less then flattering about Willis Honda however I’ve spoken with the General Manager, Edward Riley, today and he explained everything that I wanted to here to me. I have about Willis Honda however I’ve spoken with the General Manager, Edward Riley, today and he explained everything that I wanted to here to me. I have purchased four new cars from Willis Honda going back to 1993 and always felt like I got a great deal. It is good to know that I can talk with people like Edward Riley and resolve any misconceptions I might have had. Edward has restored my faith in Willis Honda and I am looking forward to purchasing a second car this year for myself. Thanks Edward Riley and Willis Honda. More

After a recient accident that totaled her car my mother needed a new one. I have a Honda from Willis and have been very happy with it. After looking at a couple of different manufacturers, we desided on the Honda Accord. I called Willis looking for the salesman that sold me my car 1 1/2 years ago, unfortunately he had moved on. I was connected to Samantha and explained the situation. I was looking for a 2009 Accord EX-L and wanted an "out the door" price that included everything (tax, tags, title, etc.) I also informed her that this was a cash deal and did not involve a trade. She said that someone from Willis would get back to me. A short time Monica called back with a very attractive price that included everything, all that was needed was for me to come to the showroom. When I arrive at the showroom I was greeted by Sam, I informed him that I had talked to Samantha and Monica and had already been given pricing on the car I wanted. When Sam went to the sales desk to confirm the pricing I thought, here we go, the price is wrong or dosen't include everything. Boy was I wrong! Sam came back and said that the pricing was correct and asked what color I was looking for. We went out to the lot and looked at several different color combinations. I finally selected the medium grey with light grey interior. We agreed that I would pick the car up for my mother in a couple of days but due to a health issue she would not be able to come in at that time. Sam agreed to bring the paperwork to her house for her to sign! When I got to Willis, the car was ready, Sam was ready and so was the paperwork. We went to my mother's house and she signed everything. This was, without a doubt, the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. I got a great price with no haggeling and felt that I was treated honestly and fairly. I will definately be going to Willis when it is time to purchase my next vehicle. More

She found 2 Civics she liked and Ken Rippy, our salesman, let us take both cars for a test drive. Ken's no hassle, no pressure style immediately put us at ease. My daughter told Ken she had to leave soon because she works the 3-11 shift. (I think it was around 1 pm at the time) We were planning on coming back the next day to negotiate. Ken asked us if we had a price in mind, and within a few minutes we quickly reached an agreeable price. We had test drove 2 cars, negotiated and bought the Civic all within 1 1/2 hours. I must say again Ken Rippy's friendly, relaxing attitude was a leading factor in our decision to purchase at Willis Honda. This is my second purchase at Willis and I will recommend all my friends, neighbors and relatives to do the same. More

This is the 3rd Honda I have bought from Willis Honda. The last year I was in the market for a new car for my wife and was taken care of by Kevin Rogoza in a transaction that I can only describe as "The P The last year I was in the market for a new car for my wife and was taken care of by Kevin Rogoza in a transaction that I can only describe as "The Pinnacle of Customer Service and Courtesy". I explained what my needs were and Kevin meet them without pressure and haggling. Yesterday I purchased a 09 Civic EX and was given the same excellent service and courtesy. Who says Lightning does not strike twice!! Even after finishing the deal Trevor in financing went out of his way with Kevin to ensure that my complete satisfaction. I have recommended this dealership and team to dozens of people and will continue to do so in the future. Team Willis keep up the good work!!! More

Since we were in such a mess with the trade we didn't expect to be able to go home with a new car, but we did! We had a great experience buying our Honda Accord from Willis Honda. My wife and I performed our research and received some internet pricing for the Honda Oddessey EX-L. We are not patient people and we despise the general runaround at car dealerships. We came to Willis internet pricing for the Honda Oddessey EX-L. We are not patient people and we despise the general runaround at car dealerships. We came to Willis Honda direct from a Toyota dealership which gave us the runaround and could not even offer a price on a Toyota Sienna. We did not ask to test drive the Sienna, just simply to get the best price on a Sienna LE with the auto door package. They spent more time explaining their sales strategy, and never offered a price. They were afforded 10 minutes, and upon failing to present a price we walked. From Toyota we went to Willis Honda. Upon arrival, we were met by Kevin Rogosa. We explained to him that we had no patience, we just walked from Toyota because they were taking too long to give a price, and explained what we wanted. Kevin sat us down, got my wife a water, and in a couple minutes he had a price ready for us. We told him he was higher than the internet offers. He got his sales manager, Ed Reilly, and Reilly wrote a price down that beat the internet sales by about $200. We received a fair price for our trade-in, KBB threshold. THIS INTERACTION TOOK NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. We exited the store and shopped around some more. While other dealerships were begrudgingly willing to match the car price, the runaround was a lot more. Other dealers low-balled the trade in, and seemed to want to play the back and forth bargaining game. My wife and I decided that we appreciated the straightforwardness of the Willis dealership, and speed in which they gave the best price. I called them the following day, got my trade-in bumped up some more and sealed the deal. Very Easy dealership to deal with. Easy car buying experience. Do your research and you'll see they are pretty good. I understand car dealerships and salesmen need to make a profit... its business. I just don't want to get taken. If I ask for best the price, don't come back with a monthly payment. Don't waste my time. I want to hear that you've presented your best price and that if I can find it cheaper elsewhere, then buy it there. Willis did just that - they presented an offer QUICKLY, and let me know that if I could buy it cheaper elsewhere, then do it because it would be an unbelievable deal. More
