It was a good experience. I expected to pay a certain amount with my trade-in toward a new car and he came as close as possible. The salesperson was very nice, went out of his way to help us and made it amount with my trade-in toward a new car and he came as close as possible. This is my second Honda purchase - first in 2003 and now my second with the same salesman Glen Chapman. Glen was great - even remembered me from 6 yrs. ago - making me feel like seeing an old friend. Sean Sprague was just as kind and friendly - made for an easy transaction especially since I was a woman purchasing on my own. No pressure and had great patience in providing me with the answers needed to make my purchase a well informed and a pleasant one. Other employees of this dealership were the same way - all friendly and making it like a "family environment" All I can say is "Thanks!" and if your in the market for a Honda - go to Willis! More
When I set out to buy a new car for my wife I used an Internet lead generator (edmunds.com) to solicit offers from local dealers' internet sales departments. Willis wasn't the lowest bidder, but met the Internet lead generator (edmunds.com) to solicit offers from local dealers' internet sales departments. Willis wasn't the lowest bidder, but met the lowest bidder's offer and was more conveniently located. Correspondence (e-mail) and phone conversations were to the point and friendly. The salesman who completed the transaction was friendly, helpful, closed the deal with no fuss. At closing, he somehow set the price below the lowest bidder's, i.e., below the price Willis' internet department had offered. Unlike some of the other dealers who offered to sell us cars, Willis' staff didn't denigrate other dealers, didn't lie, didn't apply pressure. I don't enjoy buying a car, but this time the experience was painless. More

We shopped around at various dealers and found one salesman to be adaquate while another's obvious inexperience caused us a lot of frustration. However, when we met Kevin Rogoza at Willis Honda we were quite impressed. He was friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. We pretty much knew what we wanted and he had the cars ready for us in a matter of minutes for us to test drive. He was very upfront and knew exactly what our wishes were. Although the showroom was very busy that night , Kevin made us feel like we were the only people that mattered at that time. He gave us the time that we needed and answered all of our questions. When it came to price we were given the best price right away without having to play games back and forth. I would definitely buy another car from Kevin Rogoza at Willis Honda. More
