I totaled my Honda Fit. The first person I met was Karen Mills (Body Shop) she took me step by step dealing with the Ins. Co. My salesman was Glen Chapman Never Never any presure I rated Willis Honda so High because from start to finish Willis Honda and Luis Auto Body treated me like GOLD everybody I met asked if everybody in the acct. was ok. NEVER NEVER Presured. Luis Auto Body gave me all the time I needed and never pushed me to get my car off thier lot. Karen always treated me like I was important and always had time for me. Glen Chapman sta with my wife and I untill we where happy and confortable with our new purchases 09 Accord and a 09 CR-V he never made us feel like we were taking to much time. Ed always goes the extra mile to find a way to make things right for me. Dans knowledge of the vehicle was outstanding and he made it easy for me to understand. Bernedette in finance could not have been nicer and also easy to understand. The whole staff as a unit got along great with each other which also made my experience fantastic. The Honda Accord I bought is fantastic and I am completely satisfied with it. It was a good experience. I expected to pay a certain amount with my trade-in toward a new car and he came as close as possible. The salesman who completed the transaction was friendly, helpful, closed the deal with no fuss. At closing, he somehow set the price below the lowest bidder's, i.e., below the price Willis' internet department had offered. Unlike some of the other dealers who offered to sell us cars, Willis' staff didn't denigrate other dealers, didn't lie, didn't apply pressure. I don't enjoy buying a car, but this time the experience was painless. More

We pretty much knew what we wanted and he had the cars ready for us in a matter of minutes for us to test drive. He was very upfront and knew exactly what our wishes were. Although the showroom was very busy that night , Kevin made us feel like we were the only people that mattered at that time. He gave us the time that we needed and answered all of our questions.
