I met with Derek looking for a used Civic to replace my Civic that was totaled in a recent accident. While we were signing the paperwork, they took the car and completely cleaned and detailed it so it looked like a brand new car when I drove off the lot. The finance representative, I believe her name was Lisa?, was very nice and thoroughly explained the details of financing as well as the package options available to me. At no point did we feel pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. Overall, we had a great experience shopping at Willis Honda. I already loved my first Civic and was devastated once it was totaled and decided I wanted the exact same car again.
