I was in need of a reliable used car for work. I work in the computer field and travel extensively. The dealer had a low mile Ford Escort, I have owned 2 other Escorts, and they had one as a trade. I came in and looked at the car and saw that it was in very good shape and the dealer had done all the current basic maintenance , oil change, flushed the coolant and put two new tires on the car. I also requested that they flush the transmission fluid , which they gladly did for me. I came in not knowing what to expect. I knew that my credit was not that great. And I was nervous about going into the dealership cause I didn't want to be embarrassed if I wasn't able to get anything. credit was not that great. I called in and spoke with a girl named Tara Santiago and she just put mind at ease. I really felt that she wanted to help me find a car and really cared that I was stressed out about money, getting a good deal/car , and just all around just making sure that my time at the dealership was a good experience! When I got to the dealership I told them I spoke with Tara and they knew what I wanted! They set me up with sale person name Jay he showed me the car I wanted and answered all my questions with NO GAMES ! And at the end of the deal I left happy and knew I had gotten what I needed. More

We did some research on pricing prior to visiting Willis on Memorial Day. Willis gave us one of the best prices. However, we started out at 2 other dealers that day. We called Willis to verify pricing and in stock position for the Accord we wanted. They said they were closing in 20 minutes but would wait for me if we wanted to come in. We arrived 20 minutes after closong time and were greeted by Tito who was the most friendly and accomodating person we encountered all day. He literally ran around the lot to locate and show us 3 Accords. We tested all 3 and selected our new car. Tito efficiently handled all paperwork and arranged for the prep of the car. He demonstrated the details of the vehicle and offered us his help in any way, should we have any problems or questions. This man went well beyond our expectations and was instrumental in our satisfaction. He needs to be commended for his outstanding customer service. If we had known that buying a car at Willis would be such a pleasure, we would have bypassed the others and saved so much aggravation. More
