However, when I went back to pick-up my tags and try to address a minor issue, I had bad experience with one rud purchase of my car at Willis Honda. It proves that the dealership is willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers stay happy, and that means a lot. Overall, I'd recommend Willis Honda. More

Customer service from Willis Honda was very good. I did not rate it "great" because they would not provide an email quote in response to my internet price request (every other dealer in the area would emai not rate it "great" because they would not provide an email quote in response to my internet price request (every other dealer in the area would email me a quote). Overall experience and price were "good" instead of "great" because I was told over the phone by the internet sales manager that they'd both price match the vehicle and honor their flyer I received advertising "140% of the kelley blue book value for your trade-in". Instead of walking into the dealership and being offered the price quoted over the phone by the internet sales team, I had to start fresh with a floor salesman and negotiate. I had done my homework, but it still wasted a good deal of time. In the end, I got a great price on my 2010 Pilot and a fair value for my trade-in. More

Awesome experience for car-buying. Handled professionally and courteously without a lot of the typical games. All employees (even those I didn't deal with) were courteous and obviously commit professionally and courteously without a lot of the typical games. We did do a bit of the typical negotiating that one might expect, but it was handled well by Dan. No games played, no insult to my intelligence. And it didn't drag on. We made a deal that everyone could live with. Everyone did what they were expected to do in the process of getting paperwork together and prep for delivery. What really made my day was that after we'd negotiated and settled on the deal, I was getting ready to leave. As I passed by his desk, the manager/supervisor with whom Dan had conferred regarding pricing, simply said "thank you" to me in passing. He'd never really spoken to me about the deal, but made the effort to thank me for my business. I'd already felt pleased with the result, but simple things like that show when a business is really interested in keeping my business. Good job, Willis. More

While we postponed the buying of a van for now, due to personal reasons, Kevin, was by far the best ever car salesman I have worked with. Example: Never explained me all the options, available, when it came to warranties; Example: when asked if the warranties are discounted, the answer was "Yes". after dealing with another 2 dealerships in central and northern NJ, i found the exact car desired on the inventory list at willis honda. the two other dealers had almost identical quotes, and willis beat northern NJ, i found the exact car desired on the inventory list at willis honda. the two other dealers had almost identical quotes, and willis beat them by approximately $800. while we were rather skeptical, we put a deposit down and went to purchase. things could not have gone smoother at the dealer. after a test drive we closed on the car and took care of all the paperwork. the only drawback was that we were there for approx 3 hrs, mainly due to the fact that it was the last day of the month and the place sold 38 cars that day! overall, great experience with willis honda and would certainly consider purchasing from them in the future!
