He didn't miss a detail when explaining everything about the vehicle. He covered everything from top to bottom, inside and out. He was courteous and patient, as we decided if this was the vehicle for us. I would recommend Alan to anyone who is in the market for a new Honda. Ed was a pleasure to deal with as well. He was able to offer us the "right" price to make the deal. We would consider ourselves as customers with high expectations and Willis Honda did a great job at meeting all of our needs. After shopping at three other dealerships in the area, we purchased our vehicle at Willis. Charles and Karen Hiller More

I got a used Chevy Trail Blazer that was in excellent condition and Ken worked with me to make sure that I got the best deal that fit into my budget. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and Ken even helped us try to entertain my two year old son while we were filling out the paperwork. Willis Honda is a great dealership and I never felt pressured at all during my visit. More
My husband and I decided that we wanted a minivan and we researched several makes and models. It was a toss up between Honda and Hyundai. We chose Honda because there were more features for the price. We researched several makes and models. It was a toss up between Honda and Hyundai. We chose Honda because there were more features for the price. We chose Willis Honda because your employees were kind and courteous to us. Two years ago, I purchased a 2007 Odyssey. Very satisified with it. Two weeks after we bought it, it was hit from behind in a parking lot. My insurance company wasn't handling the situation the way I thought it should be handled. I called up Willis and spoke to Karen. She reassured me that she would take care of all the paperwork, order me a new bumper, and gave me a loaner car. I didn't have to worry about anything. Then in November, several months later, the same thing happened. Again Karen took care of it. They have taken care of all my oil changes amd other maintenances. With the kind of service that I received I decided to come back to purchase a 2009 Honda Odyssey. Kevin made me feel very comfortable and as always satisified. He is excellent at his job. Very courteous and kind. The first salesman was Leonardo. He also was excellent. Again, thank you for service. I will be back. More
Dealing with Tom was a very rewarding experience. He was knowlegeable on all the vehicles I had questions about. He was extremely polite and courteous. He set me up with John in the sales department. I called Willis telling them that I had a price from a dealer by me (Langhorne PA). I told Tom that I was ready to purchase a car that day if they could give me a better price. Tom went to his manager and dealer by me (Langhorne PA). I told Tom that I was ready to purchase a car that day if they could give me a better price. Tom went to his manager and gave me a better price. I arrived at Willis around 6:30 pm and met with Tito. He took my information and started to process the paperwork. I told him I did not need to see the car. The long wait with the finance department is my only complaint. There was a new gentleman helping out and the show room was busy. I did not leave the showroom until 9:00 pm. That's a long time to wait considering the car and the price had already been finalized. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with bot Tom and Tito's help. More
After we filled out the papers we were sent to the office with the manage(Shawn). I thought here is where the deal changes! Shawn went over all of the finacing papers and offered a selection of extended wa with the manage(Shawn). I thought here is where the deal changes! Shawn went over all of the finacing papers and offered a selection of extended warranties. I felt that the 8 year/120 mile bumper to bumper was a good deal and we took it. All agreements and costs as were what was explained by Kevin. After we bought the car Kevin asked me if I got my card for the lifetime free oil changes and he mades sure we did not leave without having it. Best auto purchase ever! More
I had a serious problem with the finance person Sean; he gave us the wrong name of the bank we would be dealing with and then called back 10 days later (after the sale) and asked for more information. It w gave us the wrong name of the bank we would be dealing with and then called back 10 days later (after the sale) and asked for more information. It was distressful to say the least. I'm also dissatisfied with whomever it was that was supposed to ensure that my tags were transferred. I have war veteran tags and wanted to put them on the vehicle I just purchased. For whatever reason Willis Honda ordered new tags for my vehicle and now I have to purchase veteran tags all over again. Of course the manager at the dealership offered to pay the difference when I bring in the reciept, but its not worth it to me. I live in Philadelphia and between the cost of the gas and tolls, I'd rather just pay for my tags and be done with it. Also, it turns out that my vehicle must've been sitting for a while, because it needed a battery charge. That's something that I think all dealerships should do before selling a used car. But that's fine. Mercedes has serviced my car free of charge. In retrospect, no, I would not buy another car from willis honda although my sales person was nice and quite informative about the vehicle even though Honda doesn't sell Mercedes. And one other thing. We were in there way too long. I brought a vehicle for a trade and the sales dept had the keys to my car and were reluctant to give them back. I felt like we were hostage for a while. One of us diabetic and we were in the dealership for six hours without food listening to a continuous sales pitch about warranties. I'm a nurse and I can't tell you how dangerous that is. If you have a customer in your place of business, ask them if they need food. You don't wanna get sued for causing someone to be hospitalized or worse My brother bought a car from a Devon PA dealership and after two hours in there, they fed all four of us. More
I had a refreshingly positive experience with the purchase of my car at Willis Honda. However, when I went back to pick-up my tags and try to address a minor issue, I had bad experience with one rud purchase of my car at Willis Honda. However, when I went back to pick-up my tags and try to address a minor issue, I had bad experience with one rude, dismissive and insulting individual. After reporting it through DealerRater, I was contacted and amendments were made to right the wrong. It proves that the dealership is willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers stay happy, and that means a lot. Overall, I'd recommend Willis Honda. More

Overall experience and price were "good" instead of "great" because I was told over the phone by the internet sales manager that they'd both price match the vehicle and honor their flyer I received advertising "140% of the kelley blue book value for your trade-in". Instead of walking into the dealership and being offered the price quoted over the phone by the internet sales team, I had to start fresh with a floor salesman and negotiate. I had done my homework, but it still wasted a good deal of time. In the end, I got a great price on my 2010 Pilot and a fair value for my trade-in. More
