The service I received at this dealer was beyond insulting: 1) Car was listed online the week before for $16,995 2) Went there because they were supposedly running an up to 50% off sale for bl insulting: 1) Car was listed online the week before for $16,995 2) Went there because they were supposedly running an up to 50% off sale for black Friday 3) Sales manager and my sales rep. stated that the internet price was already the discounted price and that it couldn't be discounted for a penny more, which is funny because the car was listed for this price a week before the sale! 4) They claimed the best they could do was $200 off the internet price, making the vehicle $16,795 5) When I said that was unacceptable the sales rep. insulted me by saying "well maybe it's to much car for you!". 6) They then let me walk without even making a counter offer. 7) On top of this the sales manager stated "I guess he wasted your time!" to the sales rep. as I walked out the door. 8) That night the vehicle was listed on the website for $15,795! $1000 less than the so-called lowest price they quoted me while I was there! If this is how they do business then I do NOT and will NOT recommend them to anyone. More
I made a call to Ms. Jessica on Nov 12 in the am, (Thursday) and she sent me an email brochure, immediately. The brochure gave me all the information I was seeking. Ms. Jessica was very knowledgeable (Thursday) and she sent me an email brochure, immediately. The brochure gave me all the information I was seeking. Ms. Jessica was very knowledgeable concerning the car that I was interested in purchasing- a 2009 Honda S2000. She even called me to make sure I had received the brochure. I made the appointment over the weekend to test drive the car. On Monday I called and spoke to Tom, just to check to see if Ms. Jeesica had made my appointment to test drive the car, at 4 pm that day. My appointment had been made, and confirmed. Upon my arrival to Willis Honda, I was meet by Mr. Tony. He was very nice, courteous, and not pushy. I told him what I was interested in purchasing, and that I had an appointment to test drive that car. I was given the keys, and allowed to take the car for a drive..without a sales person...wink. Once I returned, I informed them of what I was willing to pay for the car...which was way low...lol, lol. There was some small amount of bartering, but they were very willing to see to it that I got the car. Mr. Ed Riley asked me "If I sell you the car for....will that make you smile?" I said "Yes". He shook my hand and said "It's your's". (Of course I screamed...wink) I am now the proud, happy, owner of a 2009 Honda S2000. The entire process was painless, nonconfrontational, easy-going, nonstressful, quite pleasant for purchasing a car. I didn't feel like I was being taken to the cleaners nor advantage of...especially for being a female. Why did I give Willis Honda all 5's as my rating, well, if you could see the looks I get while driving my S2000...that says it all. Thanks alot guys, you are the BEST!! More
This was without a doubt the easiest vehicle puchase,my wife and I have ever had.I had done some internet searches and found my vehicle at Willis Honda.I called to verify it was in stock.Mr.Riley quoted me wife and I have ever had.I had done some internet searches and found my vehicle at Willis Honda.I called to verify it was in stock.Mr.Riley quoted me a price over the phone. We then set up a visit, test drove the truck, got a very favorable trade in allowance.I also got an excellent price on some dealer add ons that I wanted. In less than 30 min from the time we arrived we had a deal.I got a better price,a better trade in,and a better price on my tonneau cover, than a competitor in the area on the first offer. This was my second vehicle from Willis Honda and it won't be my last.My thanks to all of the staff at Willis Honda who actually made buying a new car a good experience for a change. Early on the morning of Nov 4th, 2009 I requested internet quotes from four local dealerships for a 2010 storm silver Honda fit with manual transmission. I received prompt replies from three of the d internet quotes from four local dealerships for a 2010 storm silver Honda fit with manual transmission. I received prompt replies from three of the dealerships. A quick follow up by phone verified that none of the dealerships had that specific car in their inventory. But Willis Honda said they had one coming in soon and if I really wanted them to hold the car I could put a deposit on it. I decided to visit Willis Honda and arrived by 11:00am. As I was talking to a salesperson, he said the car I was looking for might be coming off the truck as we spoke. He was right. The car had 2 miles on the odometer and was covered in plastic. I gave the sales manager my best internet quote and said if he wanted the sale he would have to beat it. He did and I bought the car after a test drive. The car was cleaned up and ready to go by 1:00 pm. By far, this was my least stressful and quickest car purchase. I would recommend that anyone ready to buy a Honda visit Willis. More
We came to Willis Honda after an Internet Search - they were the first to respond to us by phone. We were hoping to visit the dealership to test drive a car and ended up purchasing it that night. I just purchased a new honda Odyssey 2010. I give Willis Honda Dealer a score of 5 because they gave me the price and rate we were looing for. The sales expierience was great. Our Salesman Jessica Yates and Honda Dealer a score of 5 because they gave me the price and rate we were looing for. The sales expierience was great. Our Salesman Jessica Yates and Alan Quinonez both showed me and my wife the benefits of going with a honda instead of a Chrysler Town And Country. We had no pressure from either salesman which was great. In the end,Willis Honda Gave us the lowest price and rate compared to the other honda dealerships we went. They had a big inventory of cars to choose from. I would refer my friends and family to Honda Willis. More
My daughter recommended Willis Honda so, I thought, why not? It turned out to be a smart decision. Not only was the salesman, Kevin, polite, but he also had what we thought were reasonable answers to all o not? It turned out to be a smart decision. Not only was the salesman, Kevin, polite, but he also had what we thought were reasonable answers to all our questions and was able to get us the car we sought at what we thought was a fair price and without the constant bickering. You know, the constant "wait right here, let me go talk to my manager" routine that most every dealership in America seems to have down pat (to the utter chagrin of customers). As an aside, we were told by one of the folks at Burns Honda, a nearby competitor, that Willis wouldn't be able to get what it said it would, that the people there were "lying." Needless to say, there weren't lying and, as a result, we'll most certainly steer business in Willis' direction in the future -- provided, of course, the business is interested in Hondas. More

I first went by myself and the salesman Ian was incredibly unprofessional. During my test drive, he talked on his cell phone & was texting people. Then, rather than discuss the car, he talked about incredibly unprofessional. During my test drive, he talked on his cell phone & was texting people. Then, rather than discuss the car, he talked about his athletic exploits during high school and his feelings on "the hood." He also talked about physical fights and why he feels they are more effective than using guns. This was not at all what I was expecting. At the dealership, he did not listen to my requests for payment installments and offered me an insulting amount for my trade in vehicle. He also requested I come back before October so my sale could be counted for his numbers in September. I decided I did not want to purchase from Willis after dealing with him. However, last night, I decided to return to Willis with my father and request a different salesman. Pete was incredibly warm and entertaining. He asked if I had questions about the car and was very informative about options with the vehicle. When I told him what I wanted for my trade in and the range for my payments, I felt like he really listened and would do what he needed to get me into a car. While the process was very long (I was at the dealership from 6pm until a little after 9pm) everyone was very pleasant. My financier was also informative and he was helpful in signing away my money, probably the most difficult part of the process! After last night, I will recommend that people go to Pete if they are looking to buy a car. More
Very pleasant experience as car buying goes. No pressure, no constant phone calls between visits, and no multiple trips to the sales mgr. to "fight for our deal". Kevin was a pleasure to work with.
