Walked in with no prior contact and was offered a ballpark realistic price within 10 minutes. Salesman was extremely straight forward. Upon entering the Dealership, I was greeted by Trevor and Ed at the front desk. They were aware that I was coming because I called the Interenet Office first. (I researched 5 vehicles on the phone and narrowed it down to two). **Credit must be given to the manager on the phone for helping me prior to walking through the door. All the hard work was really done there, because I knew what I did and didn't want.** Ed then appointed John Tuck to assist us in test driving the EXACT car (I gave him the vin number)I inquired about on the phone. We also drove a 4 cyc. to compare to the 6, we chose the 6. We were given a price for the Accord V6 and a fair trade-in price, so we made the purchase. EVERYONE in the Dealership seemed to communicate well, laugh and joke around making us feel right at HOME. We never felt "pressured" to make a decision or mislead in any way. We have a lot of experience with dealerships as most people do, but there is NO horror story with this purchase. The only recomendation I would make to your Dealership is on Saturday's have an additional Purchasing Agent where you go in "The Room" to finalize all the paperwork. We waited 2 hours before we were called to complete our transaction, which I do not think was acceptable (I got over it). In total we were at the facility for 4 1/2 hours. This is no fault to anyone on the staff tonight, you just had a alot of people purchasing cars, which is a good thing. In closing I would like to mention that John Tuck has a wonderful personality and a good hearted spirit. I would recomend Willis Honda to everyone! Ask for Tuck! He did everything possible to make an attractive offer but left the buying up to me. At Willis, there are no closed doors with managers plotting behind them. Instead, everything occurs out in the open. there are no cubicles so you can see that everyone else buying a car there is relaxed. Do your research. Understand the market at other dealers, but walk away. Go to Kevin Rogoza last and buy your car here from him. More

We were looking to trade up to a newer CRV and had been to several dealers in PA who all said that they could not help us. No big deal, we weren't really desparate for a new car. We just wanted to see "how far apart" we were and where we "needed to be" as far as a payoff amount. Just when we had given up, Stephanie from Willis Honda in NJ called and asked us to stop in on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately by Kevin Rogoza who, after hearing our story, said "We're going to work with you and help you get into a new car today." No one had said that to us. And so the story goes..there were only 2 2009 CRV's remaining on the lot. We found what we wanted at the price we were willing to pay and left the lot that day with a new car! It was really that simple. While everyone there was so nice and helpful, I'd also like to offer a special "thank you" to David Morton who help to expedite the process. Not surprisingly, they were VERY busy that day and David really went above and beyond for us. It meant more than he knows. It has been about 3 weeks and we are very happy with the car. Thank you all for everything. We'll definitely be back when it comes time to buy again. More

I really like how Tom stayed in touch with me through e-mails as well as phone calls even after I purchased my car. When I arrived I was greeted immediately at the door by Tito and driven around to look for cars. I was also taken for a test drive once I saw the car I was interested in. The staff were completely respectful and friendly. It was cold that day and coffee and hot chocolate was offered to me and my family. I also appreciated the kids area they have. I did not have to worry about my kids being out in the cold weather or running around in the parking lot. Also it did not take long for the paper work to get done. I was in and out in about an hour max, with a car. I would reccommend willis Honda to all my friends and family who are looking to buy both new and used cars.
