Had a very great experience in buying my certified Honda Oddessey. Tito, our salesman was very helpful. When Tito learned that I had no car to take my kids to school the next day and myself to work, he promptly arranged for a loaner car for me. I was very appreciative about this gesture especially since the loaner was free, at no cost to my family. So next day, after work, I picked up my van with no hassle. I would like to take a moment to comment on my recent experience purchasing an automobile from your dealership. Before investing additional money into a seven year old vehicle, I placed a call to Willis Honda and had the good fortune to speak to Cheryl. She was extremely helpful and patient, answered all my questions and reviewed options with respect to new models. This was very important as I hadn't been in the market for a new car in four years. Based on the information provided by Cheryl, I stopped by Willis Honda on Monday, 3/8. Upon entering, I was greeted by Tito - and I immediately felt a comfort level. I didn't get the feeling I was pressured - he was very patient and most importantly listened to my situation and the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing if the price was right. He arranged for test drives in both the four and six cylinder Honda Accord coupes, and I was sold on the six cylinder model. The price was higher than what I had anticipated but Tito patiently worked with my budget and and we were able to finalize the deal. He even assisted in transferring my belongings from my 2003 Accord - a nice finishing touch. In closing, I am extremely satisfied with my new car but just as importantly the service provided by your staff on 3/8. Kudos to a job well done. More

Upon entering the Dealership, I was greeted by Trevor and Ed at the front desk. They were aware that I was coming because I called the Interenet Office first. All the hard work was really done there, because I knew what I did and didn't want.** Ed then appointed John Tuck to assist us in test driving the EXACT car (I gave him the vin number)I inquired about on the phone. We also drove a 4 cyc. to compare to the 6, we chose the 6. We were given a price for the Accord V6 and a fair trade-in price, so we made the purchase. EVERYONE in the Dealership seemed to communicate well, laugh and joke around making us feel right at HOME. We never felt "pressured" to make a decision or mislead in any way. We have a lot of experience with dealerships as most people do, but there is NO horror story with this purchase. The only recomendation I would make to your Dealership is on Saturday's have an additional Purchasing Agent where you go in "The Room" to finalize all the paperwork. We waited 2 hours before we were called to complete our transaction, which I do not think was acceptable (I got over it). In total we were at the facility for 4 1/2 hours. This is no fault to anyone on the staff tonight, you just had a alot of people purchasing cars, which is a good thing. In closing I would like to mention that John Tuck has a wonderful personality and a good hearted spirit. I would recomend Willis Honda to everyone! Ask for Tuck!
