I initially contacted Willis through their web site; did this late at night. The next morning I received a call from Tim who was very friendly and helpful. We discussed what I wanted and setup a time for m this late at night. The next morning I received a call from Tim who was very friendly and helpful. We discussed what I wanted and setup a time for me on Sat to go to the dealership. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and was introduced to Kevin. Kevin was extremely helpful and reviewed all my options in a professional manner. We spent a lot of time looking at different cars and provided many helpful suggestions. I was not a 100% sure what I really wanted but Kevin help me through the process without any pressure and I felt very comfortable working with him. Once I decided, he started the paperwork process. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the entire staff; The process was very smooth and organized. While this was going on, Kevin had my new car preped for delivery. He also assisted me in transferring my personal items from my old car to the new one. I am very pleased with my experience with the entire staff especially Kevin and Tim. More
Bought a car from Kevin Rogoza of Willis Honda in Burlington. Everyone was kind and helpful. Kevin Rogoza was my salesman. I took my 2002 CR-V for an oil change and they called my back with a $1000 plus estimate. I said No and just the oil change. I picked my CR-V and the next morning my driveway had a big stain from powersteer back with a $1000 plus estimate. I said No and just the oil change. I picked my CR-V and the next morning my driveway had a big stain from powersteering fluid. Since that day my car leaks and leaks PS fluid. I went back to claim what they have done but they would not take any responsability for it. I was a two time customer from Willis and never again I'll buy nor get service from Willis Honda in Burlington, NJ. If anyone read my review remember... When you go for servce, you will get a ridiculous estimate and " we recomend this repairs". You also get annoying calls from unknown number after you give them your phone number. God's honnest truth. I went to one of those big fancy dealerships before being refered to Kevin. I wasnt happy with the deal nor the way the manager spoke to me at the other dealership. I was refered to Kevin at Willis Honda by refered to Kevin. I wasnt happy with the deal nor the way the manager spoke to me at the other dealership. I was refered to Kevin at Willis Honda by a friend from work. I called Kevin up and explained what i wanted and what i had been through and he reassured me that would not happen dealing with him and that he would make sure he did everything he could to get me the car i wanted and that i was happy with the deal i was getting. When i got to the dealership he was waiting for me and offered me something to drink. Not once during the time i was there did i feel pressered or bullied into accepting the deal they were offering. I will be sure to send anyuone i know who is looking for a Honda to go and see Kevin at Willis Honda. More
This is my 6th honda from Willis and I'm a huge fan of Willis and Honda in General, but I used to deal with Mitch who has since left, I thought the world of Mitch and never thought I would get a better sa Willis and Honda in General, but I used to deal with Mitch who has since left, I thought the world of Mitch and never thought I would get a better sales person and actually looked elsewhere for fear that I would have an issue with a sales person like I did on my last deal (she is no longer there) and I honestly can't say enough about how professional, polite and nice and REALLY QUICK Erik was, it was a pleasure, I've told everybody at work today, that I've never done a car deal in an Hour, it was amazing!
