I became a customer of Willis Honda in 2002. I was so pleased with my experience that I had sent my husband and my sister in law when they were looking for a new car. When it recently became obvious my husband's aging car needed to be replaced, I contacted Willis Honda based on a local newspaper ad. In the 30+ years I've owned cars, this was the pleasantest, most stress-free experience I've ever had with a car dealership. When I first called, their internet coordinator, Cheryl Myers, was extremely helpful with info regarding availability of the advertised specials, credit worthiness, establishing an appropriate time for me to come in & following up after the sale itself. Willis turned out to be a well-organized & managed organization where the ads matched up with reality -- no bait & switch & a great # of choices to select from. Erik Zimmerman, my sales rep, was just great: easy-going, no pressure, no haggling or need to start to leave to drag the price down. And finally, I was able to adjust the advertised amounts for the up-front money down a bit & the monthly payments up a little to match the aggregate figures for them & accommodate my own preferences. As things stand, I'll definitely return there next year when the lease on my own car expires. More
I shopped for the best dealer using dealer rating web sites and then the best price on a new Honda Accord using the internet sales option. Another Dealer gave me a slightly lower price. I promptly went back in person to Paul Singh the salesman at Willis for another test drive and gave him the lower quote from the other dealer. He had to get approval from the sales manager to match the price, no prpblem. I then negotiated for a lower car loan rate and again the finance manager approved the lower rate. After negotiating the price and loan rate I asked for a trade-in amount for our 10 year old Mazda Millenia and received a price close to the wholesale value Kelly Blue book gave me via the internet. Deal over! There was no sales pressure and everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We were able to drive home with the new car at the end of our sales experience. Willis also gave us free oil changes for life and a free loaner car or shuttle if needed while service is performed. I am a very satisfied new car buyer. Marshall More
This review is long overdue for my excellent experience purchasing our used 2006 Honda Odyssey EX from Kevin Rogoza at Willis Honda in October 2009. I looked for the best reputation Honda dealers in South purchasing our used 2006 Honda Odyssey EX from Kevin Rogoza at Willis Honda in October 2009. I looked for the best reputation Honda dealers in South Jersey (where I live) on www.dealerrater.com and saw Willis Honda with lots of reviews and an overall quite high rating. I scanned the reviews looking for key names of sales reps that had great comments left about them and noticed Kevin's name coming up often, so off I went to Willis Honda with my sole aim to meet Kevin Rogoza and work a deal with him for the Odyssey we wanted. A salesman greeted me outside the showroom door, asked me if he could assist me with anything, to which I said, "I'm looking for Kevin Rogoza." That very salesman was Kevin, so I explained that his reviews online were what drew me to Willis and specifically to him as a salesman highly rated by customers at dealerrater.com. Kevin got me into all the Odysseys I wanted to drive (I had all my printed info in hand from months of internet research - I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. He did not hover around with any pressure, but was available to help me in every way when I did have a question. Kevin was very different from other sales reps I had tried to work with over the past 6 months as we shopped around for the perfect used Odyssey - I dealt with about 6 or so dealerships trying to find what we wanted for the price we were firm about paying. Kevin let me take the Odyssey home overnight so my wife could see and drive it! We had a 2-week old newborn, so my wife was unable to come to the dealership. The next day I called Kevin to say we would buy the car, and he sold me the Odyssey for EXACTLY what I wanted to pay, not a penny more. Kevin took care of the paperwork quickly and wrote down about 4 or 5 things the dealership would take care of with the car for me from requests I had made (some tiny ding paint touch-ups, a remote key fob that was missing, a set of replacement sliding door rubber weather stripping which were chewed up, and an alignment . . . all at no charge, but simply included with the purchase to make me happy with the car as I drove it away. But it gets one more story better: within 2 days of bringing it home, oddly, TWO tires lost air twice after reinflating them. I was away at a conference when this happened with my wife and 3 kids (one of them our 2-week old newborn) - I was NOT happy hearing this on the phone form my wife. She took the Odyssey to Costco and had two new tires installed. Cost was about $350 for that. I called Kevin Rogoza the next day and explained the situation and how my experience was so good with him and Willis Honda, that I hated to feel like this tire issue would ruin my good memory of just buying the car. Kevin encouraged me to speak with Trevor Purdin, the dealership manager, and see if he could do anything to help, so I did. Trevor was extremely welcoming, he listened to me share the tire problem, and offered to send me a check for $300 to make up for the tire problem. I happily accepted! Icing on the cake for my great experience buying our used Odyssey from Willis Honda. Many, many thanks and entthusiastic recommendations for Kevin Rogoza and Trevor Purdin. You MUST see Kevin if you are shopping at Willis. More

I initially contacted Willis through their web site; did this late at night. The next morning I received a call from Tim who was very friendly and helpful. We discussed what I wanted and setup a time for me on Sat to go to the dealership. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and was introduced to Kevin. Kevin was extremely helpful and reviewed all my options in a professional manner. We spent a lot of time looking at different cars and provided many helpful suggestions. I was not a 100% sure what I really wanted but Kevin help me through the process without any pressure and I felt very comfortable working with him. Once I decided, he started the paperwork process. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the entire staff; The process was very smooth and organized. While this was going on, Kevin had my new car preped for delivery. He also assisted me in transferring my personal items from my old car to the new one. I am very pleased with my experience with the entire staff especially Kevin and Tim. More

I took my 2002 CR-V for an oil change and they called my back with a $1000 plus estimate. I said No and just the oil change. I picked my CR-V and the next morning my driveway had a big stain from powersteer back with a $1000 plus estimate. I said No and just the oil change. I picked my CR-V and the next morning my driveway had a big stain from powersteering fluid. Since that day my car leaks and leaks PS fluid. I went back to claim what they have done but they would not take any responsability for it. I was a two time customer from Willis and never again I'll buy nor get service from Willis Honda in Burlington, NJ. If anyone read my review remember... When you go for servce, you will get a ridiculous estimate and " we recomend this repairs". You also get annoying calls from unknown number after you give them your phone number. God's honnest truth.
