In the market for a Civic for my daughter,I received an internet quote of $15,307 from another Honda dealer. Made an appointment for Tuesday 7:30 PM 6/29, My daughter, wife and myself were there, the sale internet quote of $15,307 from another Honda dealer. His fill ins stumbled until 8:45 to sell us UP from their own written internet price then tried to switch us to another vehicle. This was a cash deal, couldn't be easier. We walked. 8:50 AM, Wednesday 6/30, John Borchardt/ Willis sales manager, greeted me and closed the compeditors offer in one minute. Alan Quinonez, sales, professionally reviewed everything with us and took extra time to detail all aspects of the Civic with my daughter. Jeremy Seith who initiated the transaction for Willis was with us every step of the way with outstanding follow-up. This is our sixth new car purchase from Willis, why did I waste my time elsewhere. The downside of Willis is the disrespectful way Sue speaks to customers. My daughter had a mv accident and, at Willis' regueust, had the vehicle towed there. Whether my car insurance company provides for a rental or not makes not difference, the fact of the matter is that Sue come through on her end of the deal. My daughter does not own a credit card and is now stranded at Willis. Never again will I buy a Honda....should have stuck with Hyundai. More

I was very impressed with my experience when purchasing a car through Willis Honda. On that Friday evening, we went on a website to inquire about dealership quotes, not thinking we'd hear a response for days. We put the inquiry in while sitting on our deck, and then went inside 15 minutes later. We were shocked to find the phone ringing, with Marc Demontigney of Willis Honda on the line with an extremely competitive offer. We were so impressed with this service, that we set up an appointment for the next day to visit them. That day, we met with their saleman (Tony Lettera), and felt extremely comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable about the car, provided us with detailed information to assist in the decision, and negotiated a price on the exact vehicle we wanted. When I first called, their internet coordinator, Cheryl Myers, was extremely helpful with info regarding availability of the advertised specials, credit worthiness, establishing an appropriate time for me to come in & following up after the sale itself. Willis turned out to be a well-organized & managed organization where the ads matched up with reality -- no bait & switch & a great # of choices to select from. Erik Zimmerman, my sales rep, was just great: easy-going, no pressure, no haggling or need to start to leave to drag the price down. And finally, I was able to adjust the advertised amounts for the up-front money down a bit & the monthly payments up a little to match the aggregate figures for them & accommodate my own preferences. As things stand, I'll definitely return there next year when the lease on my own car expires. More
