I need a newer vechile then the one I was currently driving. Went into Willis not expecting to leave with a newer car. I left that day with a 2005 Ford Explorer. Nice Dealer to work with! They had the car I wanted Nice Dealer to work with! They had the car I wanted (2011 Honda Pilot Touring) in stock and matched the price of an agressive dealer who did not have Nice Dealer to work with! We gave them a deposit over the phone to hold it and picked it up the next day. Very simple and they did not try to sell us any extras. Just handed them a bank check for the full amount and drove away. We probably will not get the vehicle serviced there since it is an hour away, but it was well worth the drive for a good deal on the sales side. I would recommend them. We used the site TrueCar.com to find dealers with good prices then shopped them around (to others possibly not associated with the site)to find exactly what we wanted. Dont pay higher prices as Turnersville wanted a full $1500 more for the exact same car and Piazza kept telling us the car was coming but was always wrong with the dates. Willis not only deliverd on a price that Turnersville said was a scam but kept sending emails saying their deal was the best we would get. More

Got a classic bait and switch for the car I was interested in, after calling right before leaving my house to ensure that the car was still there, and available. Wow, just got off the phone with Tom (wouldn't give his last name). Said he has the car I'm looking for, but would NOT give me a Quote, even though my initial contact was for an internet quote. He said I had to give him a deposit, even though the car was allegedly in stock! He did say Willis Honda would beat any "legitimate quote", but would not define "legitimate". I have a very good quote in an Email from another dealer, who does not have the car in stock, but said they would "access" it. Don't know if Willis will count that as "legitimate" or not. It quite a distance from me; told him I'd come down on Sat., but after reading some of the reviews about cars NOT being there, I'm having second thoughts. What really got me was that he wanted me to use a Credit Card via an Email to put a deposit on a car he may or may not have. Weird. More
