Wow, just got off the phone with Tom (wouldn't give his last name). Said he has the car I'm looking for, but would NOT give me a Quote, even though my initial contact was for an internet quote. He said last name). Said he has the car I'm looking for, but would NOT give me a Quote, even though my initial contact was for an internet quote. He said I had to give him a deposit, even though the car was allegedly in stock! He did say Willis Honda would beat any "legitimate quote", but would not define "legitimate". I have a very good quote in an Email from another dealer, who does not have the car in stock, but said they would "access" it. Don't know if Willis will count that as "legitimate" or not. It quite a distance from me; told him I'd come down on Sat., but after reading some of the reviews about cars NOT being there, I'm having second thoughts. What really got me was that he wanted me to use a Credit Card via an Email to put a deposit on a car he may or may not have. Weird. More
Good price, friendly service, low hassle. A little wait for the paper work to get done, other than that a good experience. Looking for a cross-over and we liked the style of the CRV. Good test drive with both drivers operating the auto. Very good price compared to other dealers. More

I have tried to use this dealer for service and must say the service writers are rude, when called about what was needed I asked questions and got it must be the way you drive, but this is not the first new the service writers are rude, when called about what was needed I asked questions and got it must be the way you drive, but this is not the first new car, never a problem in the past. When I declined to have the work done there was a warranty issue that they did not bother to check. I was also told that honda reccommends a front end alignment every 15K miles, but could not find that in my book or online, so was someone just trying to upsell? I questioned brake shoe lining and realize it is not the dealer's fault as they do not make the parts, but to get the answer given as if I was some unknowing person is funny, but this is the pattern at Willis. I need to trust a service writer so far I have not found one I can trust, maybe someone needs to teach them how to handle customers in a professional way for that reason I will no longer visit or reccommend this dealship. We called ahead and were met by a smiling, helpful Kevin, who gave us the trade-in price, no fuss, on our old car, which we bought at Willis Honda. This is the 3rd car we have bought there, and we like thei who gave us the trade-in price, no fuss, on our old car, which we bought at Willis Honda. I DO NOT believe for one second the reviews on this site for Willis Honda are real. There is NO wya possible they are! if you go to other sites like Bigyellow.com and yahoo you will see REAL reviews includi for Willis Honda are real. There is NO wya possible they are! if you go to other sites like Bigyellow.com and yahoo you will see REAL reviews including mine! Beware of these BOGUS reviews! I saw the negative reviews on here yesterday in regards to Willis Honda and thought well it cannot be that bad and I decided to give them a call anyway. I spotted a car on Autotrader.com that they have listed. I called about it a couple times since last week. Every single time I called they told me the car was there and to come in and look at it of course. So yesterday, I decided to go and was ready to purchase if everything checked out. Before I went, I called again to make sure the vehicle was there. The receptionist answered and I asked her was the vehicle there; I even gave her the stock number. She placed me on hold for about 30 seconds and said yes it is. Should have known then because it was too fast! I went to Willis Honda on my lunch break which is 25 minutes away only for them to tell me that vehicle was sold 2 weeks ago!! The very next thing out of the salesman mouth was: "We have a lot full of used vehicles, I'm sure you can find something else." I said hell no, I came here for that particular car and if it is not here then I am leaving! I also demanded to speak to a manager who was nowhere to be found, ironic isn't it? I waited 20 minutes and I had to leave to get back to the office. Willis Honda is a piece of sh*t dealership who wants one thing and that's your money! They are liars and frauds! I understand they want and need to sale vehicles to make money however blatantly lying about vehicles being on their lot is false advertisement and might even be illegal. If the vehicle is not there they need to be upfront with the customer and let the customer decide if he/she wants to look at another vehicle or they can suggest a vehicle at that time. I despise liars and sneaks and this is what Willis Honda represents! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! More
I had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone to go here that is looking for a new car. Kevin was very helpful and just made my experience pleasant. We purchased my first Odyssey in 2004 from a dealership 25 minutes away. For the 6-1/2 years that I had my Honda, I had all my routine maintenance done at Willis. My experience at Willis over the past 6 y 25 minutes away. For the 6-1/2 years that I had my Honda, I had all my routine maintenance done at Willis. My experience at Willis over the past 6 years is why we purchased our 2010 Odyssey there (even though there is a New Honda dealership 10 minutes closer to my home). I always received excellent and friendly service so I was confident we would have the same experience with their sales team. Even though it was year end clearance, they were able to locate the exact Odyssey I wanted and I had it the very next day. If customer service is important to you, I suggest you purchase and maintain your vechile at Willis Honda. More
I took my trade to Burns Honda. They offered me $4,000 less than KBB valued my trade. After uncomfortable haggling, they offered $2,000 less than KBB value. Their internet price quote was higher than Wi less than KBB valued my trade. After uncomfortable haggling, they offered $2,000 less than KBB value. Their internet price quote was higher than Willis, but they told me Willis would jack the price up from the quote when I showed up. I was there over 2 hours and did not buy. I took my trade to Willis Honda. They offered me $1,500 less than KBB Value within 15 minutes of arrival, which I came to believe was fair. They stuck with their low internet price quote. They split the cost of a trailer hitch 50/50% with me. I got a great deal. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Brian Sieruc came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. I told him @ 6:00 pm on the phone I would be there in an hour, and I told him I forgot to mention that I wanted cross bars on the roof rack and mud flaps on all four wheels. Little did I know that the parts department had closed. Unbeknowst to me, Brian made 5 or 8 frantic phone calls, got the GM to reopen the parts department, got the GM to pay a mechanic to stay late to install the mud flaps and cross bars. So when I got there at 7:00 pm my car was ready just the way I wanted it. I did not have to make another 30 minute drive to Willis to get my cross bars and mud flaps. It was above and beyond the call of duty, on Brian's day off. I heard a friend was considering a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I used all my persuasive power and told him the story of my purchase. I am proud to say that my friend bought an Accord from Brian the week after I purchased my car. Good things happen to good people who really care about the level of service. More
