I went to the dealership on a Fri. afternoon to narrow down the choices in cars for an appt. my husband and I had for Sat. morning. I met with Willie Davis who was AMAZING and never once made me feel pressured into anything. He was so respectful and informative and for a woman going into a car dealership alone I was put at ease. I went in sure that I wanted a used Odyssey and after seeing them decided to switch to the Pilot and Willie was great while I went back and forth deciding. I never felt rushed. The negotiation process was painless the only negative was the long wait for the paperwork process. Bernadette was great with the paperwork and answered all my questions. Since I had no intention of buying that night my van still was full of everything 3 kids and a soccer mom can acquire over 7 yrs and Willie helped me bag it all up and when my car was ready he took the carseats and all my bags of junk and put it into the Pilot for me! Overall great experience minus the wait. I plan on returning to Willis for service I just hope there has been some changes from all the negative reviews I've read re: their service dept. More

They even have a Starbucks Coffee and popcorn machines in their waiting area. I would like to add this is the first time we returned to the previous dealership to purchase another vehicle. With all the internet search engines and the number of dealerships in our area, that says a lot about Willis. More
A friend had a good experience and encouraged us to work with Kevin. I came to him after a horrible experience at DCH Honda Old Bridge....walked out of that dealership and went right to Mr. Rogoza. He also didn't have the model I was seeking but I decided against the civic hybrid and went for the insight instead. He gave a decent price, altho the closer tried to get us to add more stuff but no interest in that. More
Sales man tryed to sell me a car soon as we saw it, it even had a huge dent on the driver side door that he didnt even mention until i said something, he didn't give us a chance to look inside or test dri even had a huge dent on the driver side door that he didnt even mention until i said something, he didn't give us a chance to look inside or test drive he just show us the car and took us inside to talk numbers. He was very rude to my girlfriend because she wasn't the one looking to buy a car. I made the mistake of giving him my number and he would not stop calling me about buying the car. I went to the dealership before and had a great experience with another sales mam but this SLIMEBALL makes me not want to go back there. If I do decide to go back I will defiantly not give him my business and if he does try to come up to me I will tell a manager that I don't want to have him as a dealer due to the reasons I wrote above. I met Kevin on Wednesday to discuss leasing a new Honda CR-V. I had never leased a vehicle before but Kevin was very good in explaining all of the details to me and I thought Honda had a great leasing pro CR-V. I decided to go ahead with the lease and gave my deposit. I agreed to pick up the vehicle on Friday after it had been pin-striped and door guards were put on. Kevin had all the paperwork ready before I came back in on Friday as to not waste any time. It was the easiest transacation I have ever had with a dealership. Kevin was very friendly and helpful and I believe I made the right decision in leasing my new Honda. More
I recently visited Willis Honda for the purchase of my 2nd Honda CRV. My first buying experience there in 2008 was absolutely wonderful. The 2011 CRV that I just purchased will be my 16th Honda. My salesman Kevin Rogoza could not be any easier to deal with. He is a straight shooter and so am I. We cut to the chase immediately which elminated all of the extra unnecessary hours that I would have normally spent at any other dealer. My car buying experience as well as my service experience at Willis Honda have both been outstanding. I am happy to say that Kevin Rogoza is my favorite salesman ever!!! More

He apologized for the mi car purchase experience at Willis Honda. I am pleased to report that Joe D' Aurizio, GM stepped in to resolve the dispute. He apologized for the misunderstanding and honored our original purchase agreement to sell us the car. People make mistakes, but it’s what we do about it that clearly defines our actions. Joe is an honorable guy and has renewed my faith in Willis Honda and the Davis Dealerships and I look forward to a long term relationship with their organization. More
