He was very rude to my girlfriend because she wasn't the one looking to buy a car. I made the mistake of giving him my number and he would not stop calling me about buying the car. I went to the dealership before and had a great experience with another sales mam but this SLIMEBALL makes me not want to go back there. If I do decide to go back I will defiantly not give him my business and if he does try to come up to me I will tell a manager that I don't want to have him as a dealer due to the reasons I wrote above. I met Kevin on Wednesday to discuss leasing a new Honda CR-V. I had never leased a vehicle before but Kevin was very good in explaining all of the details to me and I thought Honda had a great leasing pro CR-V. Kevin had all the paperwork ready before I came back in on Friday as to not waste any time. It was the easiest transacation I have ever had with a dealership. We cut to the chase immediately which elminated all of the extra unnecessary hours that I would have normally spent at any other dealer. He apologized for the misunderstanding and honored our original purchase agreement to sell us the car. People make mistakes, but it’s what we do about it that clearly defines our actions. I need a newer vechile then the one I was currently driving. Went into Willis not expecting to leave with a newer car. I left that day with a 2005 Ford Explorer. They had the car I wanted (2011 Honda Pilot Touring) in stock and matched the price of an agressive dealer who did not have Nice Dealer to work with! We gave them a deposit over the phone to hold it and picked it up the next day. Very simple and they did not try to sell us any extras. Just handed them a bank check for the full amount and drove away. We probably will not get the vehicle serviced there since it is an hour away, but it was well worth the drive for a good deal on the sales side. I would recommend them. We used the site TrueCar.com to find dealers with good prices then shopped them around (to others possibly not associated with the site)to find exactly what we wanted. Dont pay higher prices as Turnersville wanted a full $1500 more for the exact same car and Piazza kept telling us the car was coming but was always wrong with the dates. Willis not only deliverd on a price that Turnersville said was a scam but kept sending emails saying their deal was the best we would get. More
