We were very pleased with everything at Willis Honda and the sales personnel(Alan Quinonez). Due to my work situation (leaving my house at 6 am and getting home at 7pm), I did my resea Total time spent in purchasing the car...... One hour. Due to my work situation (leaving my house at 6 am and getting home at 7pm), I did my research for what I wanted not by trouncing around to different dealerships but via the internet. Knowing what I wanted and not really caring about color (I view a car as a tool of my trade and nothing more) except black or white, I used the "internet sales site" of 5 local dealerships. One got back to me and did not even listen to what I was requesting. I asked for a 36 month lease and they quoted full sticker price. 1 insisted I come in and pick out a car and drive it. 2 never responded (why do they have internet sales if they do not respond to internet shoppers) 2 responded back with phone calls. One was too high and one was Willis. Willis manager Joe D'Aurizio understood, I knew what I wanted and was not interested in going through the charade of being paraded through the dealership to get it. Everything was handled over the phone and through the internet (including the creidt application). This process was maybe 30 minutes (once again at my leisure). My time spent in the dealership since that had everything they needed would have been less than 30 minutes had there not been someone in finance in front of me. I applaud this dealership for responding to the future. Too many dealerships think that you have to parade a customer around and get to know them to earn their trust. The "demo" ride is so important the managers tell their sales people. This buyer knew what he wanted and did not have time to waste. It is not an emotional purchase for me, but a tool of my trade. They responded!!!! BTW, just because I am an internet buyer, does not make someone who is not loyal. Willis will have every opportunity to earn my business in the future as long as they continue to understand I am the customer and I determine how I am going to buy a car. Not the other way around. More

This is my second time leasing a civic from Willis and I am satisfied again. Everybody is friendly there. Alan was very professional, courteous and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions an am satisfied again. Everybody is friendly there. Alan was very professional, courteous and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and work within the budget I was looking for. I had no intention of getting another car that day but I was so pleased with the customer service and price, that I couldn't say no. Alan was very helpful and spent a few hours with me. I left feeling like I knew this car inside and out. I will recommend Willis to anybody. Ask for Alan. More

Willis Honda was the second dealership that I went to when looking to buy a new 2012 Civic EX. The first dealership we went to made for a miserable experience in every way. They added on a security pac when looking to buy a new 2012 Civic EX. The first dealership we went to made for a miserable experience in every way. They added on a security package to inflate the price of the vehicle and were not willing to work with us. Two and a half hours later we left their dealership carless over a matter of $200. Two days later we called Willis Honda over the phone, negotiated the price we wanted within 15 minutes and they threw in the same security package for free. It was quick, painless, and an overall pleasant and easy experience. I will definitely recommend Willis Honda over the other dealership any day! Even though it is slightly farther away, it is well worth the trip! More

I went to the dealership on a Fri. afternoon to narrow down the choices in cars for an appt. my husband and I had for Sat. morning. I met with Willie Davis who was AMAZING and never once made me feel pre down the choices in cars for an appt. my husband and I had for Sat. morning. I met with Willie Davis who was AMAZING and never once made me feel pressured into anything. He was so respectful and informative and for a woman going into a car dealership alone I was put at ease. I went in sure that I wanted a used Odyssey and after seeing them decided to switch to the Pilot and Willie was great while I went back and forth deciding. I never felt rushed. The negotiation process was painless the only negative was the long wait for the paperwork process. Bernadette was great with the paperwork and answered all my questions. Since I had no intention of buying that night my van still was full of everything 3 kids and a soccer mom can acquire over 7 yrs and Willie helped me bag it all up and when my car was ready he took the carseats and all my bags of junk and put it into the Pilot for me! Overall great experience minus the wait. I plan on returning to Willis for service I just hope there has been some changes from all the negative reviews I've read re: their service dept. More

They even have a Starbucks Coffee and popcorn machines in their waiting area. I would like to add this is the first time we returned to the previous dealership to purchase another vehicle. With all the internet search engines and the number of dealerships in our area, that says a lot about Willis. More
A friend had a good experience and encouraged us to work with Kevin. I came to him after a horrible experience at DCH Honda Old Bridge....walked out of that dealership and went right to Mr. Rogoza. He also didn't have the model I was seeking but I decided against the civic hybrid and went for the insight instead. He gave a decent price, altho the closer tried to get us to add more stuff but no interest in that. More
