I've purchased or leased at least 6 Honda Accords or Civics from Kevin Rogoza over the past 6-7 years. His sales approach is a relaxed one and I always look forward to working with him. Kevin cuts to the final numbers quickly and gets me the best bang for my dollar because he has a really good working relationship with the WILLIS management as well as Honda Financial Services. I always walk away extremely satisfied. I will wait until Kevin is working before I go in to make a deal. He is the best and a really nice guy. I feel Kevin and the entire organization is very honest and customer oriented. We are very happy with our new Civic and our two Accords. Congratulations Kevin, you are a real gentleman. More
Had a good time buying the new car. They wanted to sell me a car and they did everything possible to keep me in the showroom and not go to another dealer. Sales was friendly and graceous to us as they wor me a car and they did everything possible to keep me in the showroom and not go to another dealer. Sales was friendly and graceous to us as they worked the numbers we agreed on. My only complaint is that we were waiting for a car to come in and we did not get the phone calls that they promised I would get to update its arrival. When the car did come in, however, they made up for that buy tossing in some options we did not ask for. If ever needed I hope the service department is just as good. More

I went to several other dealers before going to Willis Honda- and after my experience at Willis, it will always be the first dealer I go to in the future. My husband's family business has bought cars from Honda- and after my experience at Willis, it will always be the first dealer I go to in the future. My husband's family business has bought cars from Willis before, and based on their pleasant experience he suggested I go there. My salesman Don Newberry was incredibly down to earth and not pushy- which is unusual for a car salesman. Don was knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions, very helpful and courteous. Dante, the finance director was very helpful, intelligent and equally patient with all of my questions. After spending the majority of the day at the dealership and deciding to purchase a car, both men worked efficiently and very quickly to get the car ready and the transaction done as I needed to get home. I have already raved about them to several friends and told everyone I have spoken to about my pleasant experience at Willis Honda. More
We had Brian as a sales consultant. He was very nice, and was very personal with us. We came in, in a very bad situation with our trade in car (Toyota Corolla). He did everything he could to help us. Me and my husband pulled out of the lot with a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L. I love my new car and I loved our time at Honda. Brian made us very comfterable. He understood our situation and treated us as he would someone from his personal life. He gave us very good customer service and we would refer anyone we know to Willis Honda. We were very pleased with everything at Willis Honda and the sales personnel(Alan Quinonez). Alan was very helpful and caring , because of Alan we walked out with new 2011 Honda CRV.It was our second time w the sales personnel(Alan Quinonez). Due to my work situation (leaving my house at 6 am and getting home at 7pm), I did my resea Total time spent in purchasing the car...... One hour. Due to my work situation (leaving my house at 6 am and getting home at 7pm), I did my research for what I wanted not by trouncing around to different dealerships but via the internet. Knowing what I wanted and not really caring about color (I view a car as a tool of my trade and nothing more) except black or white, I used the "internet sales site" of 5 local dealerships. One got back to me and did not even listen to what I was requesting. I asked for a 36 month lease and they quoted full sticker price. 1 insisted I come in and pick out a car and drive it. 2 never responded (why do they have internet sales if they do not respond to internet shoppers) 2 responded back with phone calls. One was too high and one was Willis. Willis manager Joe D'Aurizio understood, I knew what I wanted and was not interested in going through the charade of being paraded through the dealership to get it. Everything was handled over the phone and through the internet (including the creidt application). This process was maybe 30 minutes (once again at my leisure). My time spent in the dealership since that had everything they needed would have been less than 30 minutes had there not been someone in finance in front of me. I applaud this dealership for responding to the future. Too many dealerships think that you have to parade a customer around and get to know them to earn their trust. The "demo" ride is so important the managers tell their sales people. This buyer knew what he wanted and did not have time to waste. It is not an emotional purchase for me, but a tool of my trade. They responded!!!! BTW, just because I am an internet buyer, does not make someone who is not loyal. Willis will have every opportunity to earn my business in the future as long as they continue to understand I am the customer and I determine how I am going to buy a car. Not the other way around.
