I have no doubt that this was a pain for him, but he cheerfully put the paperwork into motion so that I would be happy. I apologized for the inconvenience to him and the others involved, but Kevin repeatedly told me that it was "not a problem". I would absolutely recommend him to my friends in the market for a new vehicle. I would also recommend Willis Honda (now Davis Honda) because of his attention to us. I asked him if someone could show me how to use some of the electronic features on my new car and he sent another associate, Alan Quinonez, out to the car with me....Alan walked me patiently through various new technology, answering my copious questions with utmost patience. He spent a good half hour with me, demonstrating bluetooth, etc. His assistance was greatly appreciated as well. More

Beware of this dealership. Very shady experience with them about 6 days ago. I wanted to lease a 2012 Odyssey LX and was told that one was available. I left work early on 11/26 and headed out to Willis them about 6 days ago. I wanted to lease a 2012 Odyssey LX and was told that one was available. I left work early on 11/26 and headed out to Willis Honda. I had submitted a credit application the night before in order to save time. When I arrived with my family I was met by a salesman whose name I cannot remember. He escorted us outside to see the vehicle and I confirmed the vin from their website. He gave us the key and we sat inside the vehicle. Out of nowhere he tells us, wait a minute, this car may have been sold 10 minutes ago. I was surprised since no one came to speak to him and his first words to us were that the car was waiting for us outside. He goes inside and tells us that the car had in fact just been sold. He proceeds to tell us about their 2013 vehicles and we just walked away. I am sure they will have some lame excuse to post but this place gives honest dealerships a bad name. Willis Honda, I would not buy a pencil from these guys. Just be honest with your customers, is that so difficult? I am happy to report that we were able to obtain our Odyssey today from a great dealership in Pa. Shame on you Willis Honda! More

Not only that, he helped me switch insurance companies and lower my insurance premiums by several hundred dollars per year. I believe he went above and beyond just getting another sale, and showed he really cares about his customers.
