Troy was very nice. I walked in the door and said I want to test drive the CR-V and he said ok what would you like in it. After we test drove the new car that I wanted it was beyond my price range. I really need lumbar support for my bad back and hip but it was only available in the leather "suped" up model. Troy took me over to the used lot to find a car that had what I needed. He's not even a used car dealer but took me anyway. This is the 5th car that we have bought from Willis now Davis Honda. The reason we always chose them is because of the impeccable service and the best price possible. They always work hard to give you the best price possible and the sales people always give you there cell phone to reach them even when they are off. This continues even after the sale with the call me if you need anything. The finance manager John was also awesome. He was efficient and straight forward. This is something that I always appreciate. We went in on 10/14/2013 to return a leased Honda Accord and lease a new one (we would have leased our 4th car from them today). The person that took care of us started off by giving us an attitude and tell and lease a new one (we would have leased our 4th car from them today). The person that took care of us started off by giving us an attitude and telling us we needed to return the lease elsewhere when we were told by Davis Honda to bring it back there. Needless to say the gentleman continued to give us a hard time until I asked him why he was being rude. At which point he became defensive and started an argument with us on the sales floor. When I asked if we could be helped by the boss (GM) he told us he was the boss (GM). Which turned out to be untrue when we went to the website and found out he is by no means management. So for the rest of the visit he continued to argue back and forth with us about his "supposed" attitude. This is after I told him just take the car back and we will be on our way. In my twenty years of purchasing and leasing vehicles I have never been treated this way. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere if this is the attitude you get when you are trying to return one car and get another one. FYI: I called the dealership to speak with the actual GM or GSM and no one returned our calls. More

At the end of the day, John called me and gave me news I wasn't expecting. He found a bank to work with me and John took care of everything. He was gracious, very informative and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Davis Honda and especially John Roche for his job well done! More

I went to Davis Honda to consider trading in my Land Rover for the Mercedes ML 350 they had. Orlando Viera showed me the vehicle and was very thorough in describing the features.
