My sales person , Keith Lazarow, was great to work with. The purchase process was smooth and pleasant. Keith also went out of his way by clearing out the data in the navigation and phone systems on the Prius we traded in after mentioned that we forgot to cleared the systems after we left the dealership. He even made follow-up calls to both me and my wife to ensure that we knew he completed the task successfully. Great customer service!! The financing process was also smooth and quick thanks to Bernadette and her evening counterpart, sorry I can't remember her name. We will definitely recommend Davis to our friends. More

Missing CRV owners manuals replaced by dealer When purchased my new 2014 CRV on Sept 26th, 2014 most of the owners manuals were missing. Janelle had replacement manuals sent to my home by Fed Ex. Just as great the second time around I participated in the exchange program. I didn't need a new car but was willing to hear what Davis had to say. A Perfect Transaction in every way! I got exactly what I wanted from Davis Honda! I wanted to get a new Honda Fit and trade in my 2000 Honda Accord. I dealt with Paul, a sales manager an I got exactly what I wanted from Davis Honda! I wanted to get a new Honda Fit and trade in my 2000 Honda Accord. Information is Power I was looking to replace my Inca Pearl (Gold) 2001 Honda Civic Coupe. Davis Honda is the closest dealer to my home. I like the Accord Sport with manu I was looking to replace my Inca Pearl (Gold) 2001 Honda Civic Coupe. Davis Honda is the closest dealer to my home. I like the Accord Sport with manual transmission and they have the color that I like. However, I was being disregarded by the sales manager at the store when I presented them with an internet quote from another dealer--an excuse of too good to be true. He insisted upon the MSRP plus the dealer add-ons!! I was ready to go to Keenan Honda in Doylestown referred by the Costco Auto program to get my car but the store is 1 1/2 hour from my home. A kind soul from another dealer in South Jersey who does not have the specific trim that I want encouraged me to try again by reaching out to Davis Honda's Internet Manager, Janelle. She came through with the match. Janelle treated me with respect and I was able to get the price for the Accord Sport as promised. In addition, because I knew the Costco discounted prices from Keenan as I was preparing to purchase from them, I was able to negotiate fair prices for other accessories and my trade-in along with amazing financing. The sales consultant, Keith, was a pleasure to work with. He kindly arranged for my little one to come back the next morning to say goodbye to our beloved Civic before it was being taken to their holding lot. After shedding a few tears with my daughters when we parted with the car that they’ve known since birth, we look forward to enjoying our Accord Sport in the years to come. BTW, Davis’ customer lounge is the best around. It is bright and clean. My kids had enjoyed refreshments, TV and the game center while I was doing the negotiations and paperwork. To all the ladies out there that do not like being looked down by car dealers--information is power. Do your homework on the internet (and join Costco as a member:-)). Be confident that you can get the car you want with a good price. You may need to go to another dealer out of your area but it certainly makes you feel good to be in control! More
