I was in this dealership on Saturday March 7th, 2015 only to see what options I had nearing the end of my loan of my 2009 Nissan versa. I was never expecting to walk out in a brand new 2015 Honda civic SE!!! I would like to personally thank my Davis Honda salesman Kevin Rogoza. If it wasn't for the hard work and determination of Kevin Rogoza, Luke Hoffman, and Jon Roche, and the sales manager Jay, I feel as if I would have never gotten an approval from any bank! 1 week prior to all of this transpiring, I was in another Honda dealership.....Hamilton Honda on route 130 in Hamilton nj. I walked in and sat down with a salesman by the name of Zack.....he didn't even have the common courtesy to provide me with his last name. We started to look at options, and then proceeded to tell me that he wanted to try and get a bank approval before he tryed to work a deal....the Friday before I entered Davis Honda, I still haven't heard anything from the salesman at Hamilton Honda, not even a "no" that he couldn't get an approval. the next day when i was approved of a deal at Davis, I found out via Kevin Rogoza, and Luke Hoffman, that the salesman from Hamilton Honda, didn't even submit anything to the banks.....not even my credit app.....only proving that he had no interest in helping me, nor would he even try. The end result only ending in wasting my time. In summary, for those of you who are reading this outside of the fantastic individuals inside of Davis Honda, if you are in market for a new car, and are looking for a dealership that will take the time to listen and be knowledgeable to your certain circumstances, with 5 stars I strongly recommend Davis Honda in Burlington New Jersey. I drove 30 minutes away to go to this dealership and bypass the one in Marlton (you know the one!) which is only 5 minutes from the house. I have referred friends and family to Davis in the past and I will continue to do so. The showroom is clean and bright and they constantly kept me updated on what's going on. The Sales Manager, Luke was really instrumental in going above and beyond to assist. Will definitely return again! More

Service Work Exceptional I have purchased 3 cars here going back to 1979. OK, so I drive my cars a long time! The service department has always done a good job for me, but this week's visit was really good. When leaving, my wife was not given back the key to our car. It was as much her fault as theirs, but she drove home with a different key. Upon realizing her mistake, she phoned the service department. Matt Berg located the key and insisted on driving it to our house on his way home from work. We live 1/2 hour in the wrong direction, so he took an hour of his time to correct this mistake. I told Matt we would be happy if they mailed it, or we would pick up when next in that area, but he insisted on bringing it right to our house. You just don't find customer service like that very often. Thanks Matt! More
