Mr. Davis, Jr. was very friendly, and helpful, did not pressure us at any time. His expertise on the vehicle in question (2013 Honda Accord) was welcoming. More salesman should follow his example. This was our fourth purchase from Willis Honda, and it will not be our last. Originally contacted Willis through online chat explaining to them what I was looking to accomplish....getting out of my 2012 Accord and into a new 2013 Accord. I was told by the sales manager, Luke, that he was confident that they could help me and for me to see him personally upon arriving. I took the 40 minute drive to Willis..Luke put me in contact with salesperson, Nate. Nate did a full presentation on the car, we took a test drive and worked up a deal that in the end beat all competing Honda dealers by a wide margin. It was a great experience buying a certified Honda Civic 2010 model. I went to this dealership at around 8 PM in the evening which was quite late. I had already checked the inventory online before getting t 2010 model. I went to this dealership at around 8 PM in the evening which was quite late. I had already checked the inventory online before getting their. There I met with Jalil who was a big help. He showed me around many cars and I liked one of them. We took a test drive and car was good. We went inside to work on the numbers. We started with a number and Jalil was very professional to get me what I wanted. He also offered me a good trade in value for my old car. It was very late at night but he worked on all the paper work very patiently and I was able to walk out with my new car at around 10:30 PM and next morning we completed the remaining work. Kevin Rogoza was friendly and cooperative with my husband and myself. I chose a color for my new accord, and upon seeing it when we went in to finalize the paperwork, I decided that I really didn't like the and myself. Kevin never blinked and told me that he wanted me to be a happy customer and that I could switch to another color on the spot. I have no doubt that this was a pain for him, but he cheerfully put the paperwork into motion so that I would be happy. I apologized for the inconvenience to him and the others involved, but Kevin repeatedly told me that it was "not a problem". I would absolutely recommend him to my friends in the market for a new vehicle. I would also recommend Willis Honda (now Davis Honda) because of his attention to us. I asked him if someone could show me how to use some of the electronic features on my new car and he sent another associate, Alan Quinonez, out to the car with me....Alan walked me patiently through various new technology, answering my copious questions with utmost patience.
