Today, I went to the dealership driving 25 miles because this dealership was recommended by ConsumerReports Car buy program with TrueCar.com. So, we ended up going there. Our Sales Consultant was Willis Da this dealership was recommended by ConsumerReports Car buy program with TrueCar.com. So, we ended up going there. Our Sales Consultant was Willis Davis Jr, a true gentleman. We had a trade-in and we could not agree on the price. So, a man by name Alan Quinonez (apparently Floor Manager) showed up to talk to us, rather argue and intimidate and put us down. While Alan was talking to us, Willie was sitting in the Sales Manager's room. So, Alan brings his own papers and goes in on a overdrive mode with utmost belligerence and attitude. He would not give us a chance to explain where we are coming from in terms of our numbers. He kept interrupting us. In less than 5-7 minutes of our interaction with him, we pretty much decided to leave the dealership as we did not want to have a situation there. So, he says "good luck selling your car", and also utters something as he walks past us. At this point, the Sales Manager or General Manager could have come to apologize and control the situation. Instead, they were laughing it off as we could see from the glass door room. Willie did come out of the dealership to apologize but by this time (the gentleman he is), it is not just about buying and selling the car - it is about how you get treated by the other person. To those of you looking for a hassle-free, good treatment buying experience, look elsewhere. Mr. Alan: Learn to treat your fellow humans with some decency and respect. If we cannot agree on a deal, there is no reason to get nasty and be mean. Remember that you are in "Customer" service industry - remember that there is no service without a "Customer". BTW, Willis Honda is now Davis Honda (or there are two separate dealerships part of the same family of dealerships). More
I went to Willis Honda for the reason that i was recommend and to see the associate Aji because i heard good things. Right away with just his approach i can see that he was very friendly. Had a great experience buying my 2012 Honda Civic! Normally you think going into a dealership you're going to be there all day and then you don't even end up getting a car! And I barely noticed! My sales person Kim Onori was so helpful and just an out going happy person! I wasn't bored or left alone for long amounts of time! Purchased my second vehicle from Willis Honda. Shopped around with multiple other local Honda dealers and by far, Willis gave me the best price,and had exactly what I needed. They answered all my questions, took a greatl deal of time to show me all the vehicle features and anser all my questions. There was no pressue from Glenn, we discussed several vehicle options for my family and why certain vehicles may not work for our needs. In the end, I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Willis. I will be back to them again when the leases expire on both of my vehicles and when my son gets his license in a few years. More
We got a "no hassel" lease price that was lower than I expected. The price was lower than we had been paying for the 2010 EX. Mr. Davis, Jr. was very friendly, and helpful, did not pressure us at any time. His expertise on the vehicle in question (2013 Honda Accord) was welcoming. He was able to give us a good price on the sale, and his follow up call was very considerate, sort of old school salesman, where they check up to see if the custiomer is pleased with their purchase, instead of forgetting about you once you are out and the sale is made. More salesman should follow his example. This was our fourth purchase from Willis Honda, and it will not be our last. Originally contacted Willis through online chat explaining to them what I was looking to accomplish....getting out of my 2012 Accord and into a new 2013 Accord. I was told by the sales manager, Luke, that he was confident that they could help me and for me to see him personally upon arriving. I took the 40 minute drive to Willis..Luke put me in contact with salesperson, Nate. Nate did a full presentation on the car, we took a test drive and worked up a deal that in the end beat all competing Honda dealers by a wide margin. Very happy with my new Accord and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Willis Honda. More
