This was the most positive car buying experience I could have imagined. Everyone at Davis Honda was extremely polite, friendly and customer oriented- including Shawn Smedley from internet sales, Brian Sieru have imagined. The employee that I interacted with the most was SHAWN SMEDLEY in Internet Sales. He was such a pleasure to work with. From the very first contact, he was super helpful- *never* pushy, replied to every email question promptly with informative answers, explained fees clearly and made sure that the sales/finance depts stuck with the agreed upon "out the door price". The other dealerships I initially spoke with were either too pushy or tried to talk me out of the configuration I wanted because they didn't have it in stock, or didn't address my questions directly. Not only did he offer the best price, but by far the best customer oriented sales support. I would recommend Davis Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. There were a few issues with the car that needed to be addressed with the Service Dept. The manager John Schuck contacted me immediately and was very helpful. We were unable to resolve all of the issues, but he did offer useful suggestions. More
My wife Sue has been a long time Willis Honda leasing customer. Her current lease had expired and we needed to negotiate terms for a new Civic. My wife asked for the Sales Manager and Kevin took the time to listen to her concerns and understand her situation. He referred Sue to Gus who did an outstanding job of demonstrating and explaining the cars features and helping my wife find the car she really wanted a Civic EX-L 4 dr sedan. He then helped us get the initial paperwork started and he and Kevin worked with us to make a deal that worked for us. My wife was very impressed with their professionalism, personal attention, and desire to have her leave happy with the car she truly wanted. Thanks. More
The only good thing that came out of buying from them, was the truck that I drove away with. The sales experience was a joke. I went in on the last Saturday of the month, ready to buy. But at the end of it all, I got what I wanted. To further add aggravation, the finance woman, has no clue what she's doing. She's strictly an order taker, and a terrible one at that. I've never met anyone so unorganized and unprofessional. Not only did she not send the bank, the paperwork they requested, but when she saw my co signers bank statement, she said "wow, I wish I had that much money." That is NOT the way to go about things. So after two weeks, the paperwork still isn't done because Cassie can't do her job right. She claims the bank needs more documents, but the bank said that if the dealer would just give them what they already have, everything would be done. On top of that, I've left two messages for the GM with no return call. More
Don is a gentleman and a great salesman. Patrick was God sent! He patiently and courteously took us to look at the brand new pilots explaining all features and the differences in the various models. This information helped us quickly arrive at a decision and pick our brand new Honda Pilot. I honestly haven't met such a young, humble, eloquent and well mannered sales person who really knows his stuff. The sales personnel were also very great and helpful and every detail was well explained. Pricing was just perfect. We are very happy we went to Davis. We are loving our Honda Pilot and are very thankful to Patrick and all the crew at Davis Honda. More

Shawn presented the 2013 Honda CRV - EXL from the first email inquiry on July 26, 2013 to my purchase on July 28, 2013 with a forthright, reassuring and step-by-step approach provided by Davis Honda. Given I had many unscrupulous experiences buying a new car Shawn patiently walked me through how Davis Honda handles a purchase and the availability of my exact car specifications. Indeed I am totally in awe that this experience was two hundred percent over my expectation. Arrival at the Dealership I was introduced to Gonzalo "Gus" Combas who was already briefed by Shawn on the terms my pending Honda CRV EXL purchase. Gus immediately showed me my dream car as promised! Next the expedient detailing of the car was taking place as Gus provided a comprehensive orientation to the cars quality, technology and reliability. He provided outstanding and seamless coordination of the transaction. I keep shaking my head is this a dream? Gus's commitment to quality on all levels of buying a new car are very impressive and most importantly genuine. Cassie Kerwood who handled my financing has perfected the ease of a transaction. She walked me through each phase of financing like I was her only customer. We had great customer service, Dan Huntbach was the person that we spoke to first he was great, he helped us right away and called us back within a few minutes we did not have to wait long at all.
