My initial contact with Davis Honda was through Shawn Smedley, Internet Consultant. Shawn presented the 2013 Honda CRV - EXL from the first email inquiry on July 26, 2013 to my purchase on July 28, 2013 with a forthright, reassuring and step-by-step approach provided by Davis Honda. Given I had many unscrupulous experiences buying a new car Shawn patiently walked me through how Davis Honda handles a purchase and the availability of my exact car specifications. Indeed I am totally in awe that this experience was two hundred percent over my expectation. Arrival at the Dealership I was introduced to Gonzalo "Gus" Combas who was already briefed by Shawn on the terms my pending Honda CRV EXL purchase. Gus immediately showed me my dream car as promised! Next the expedient detailing of the car was taking place as Gus provided a comprehensive orientation to the cars quality, technology and reliability. He provided outstanding and seamless coordination of the transaction. I keep shaking my head is this a dream? Gus's commitment to quality on all levels of buying a new car are very impressive and most importantly genuine. Cassie Kerwood who handled my financing has perfected the ease of a transaction. She walked me through each phase of financing like I was her only customer. I wanted to thank and commend the General Sales Manager, Jeff Casole for an outstanding committed team and experience I had buying my dream Honda CR-V EXL from Davis Honda and Gus made that happen! We had great customer service, Dan Huntbach was the person that we spoke to first he was great, he helped us right away and called us back within a few minutes we did not have to wait long at all. Even though it meant more work for them, foremost for them was that we were comfortable and satisfied with our decision. We started our new car search online. Our first contact from Davis Honda in Burlington was Charles Gilbert, Internet Sales Consultant. Charles was professional, courteous, and very helpful. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner, either by email or phone call. His demeanor put me at ease from the beginning of the car buying process. He was straight forward and honest. We planned to come in to take a test drive a CRV and asked him to match us up with a floor salesperson who knew the CVR 's features and could explain them to us in detail. He introduced us to Gonzalo(Gus) Combas. From the moment we met Gus, we knew he was like no other car salesperson we have dealt with in the past. He was amazing! His knowledge of Honda vehicles was very evident from the get go. I had a million questions, and he was patient, answering them all. He spent over 2 hours helping us learn all the features of the CRV and deciding on the interior and exterior colors. Gus smiled during our entire visit and never pressured us into anything. He was well aware this was a costly purchase and knew we needed to make the right choice for us. We were so impressed with him, and the entire Davis Honda dealership, that we decided to purchase our new 2013 CVR there. Thanks also to Bernadette Estelow in the finance department for greeting us with a smile and making the financial aspect go so smoothly. We would encourage anyone who is interested in a Honda to definitely visit Davis in Burlington and see for yourself what a wonderful dealership it is. I called Davis Honda and was lucky to get Kevin Rogoza as my salesman. We were 5 months away from finishing our lease on our CRV and wanted to essentially turn our 2011 if for a new CRV. The only way we would consider it was if the terms were exactly the same (down payment and monthly payment). Upon speaking to Kevin on the phone, he told me that he could come within $5 - $8 of our monthly lease payment with the same money down but that would depend on the condition of our car. The dealership was over an hour away and all I could think of was that the dollar amount would change once we got there and that we would have to either bargain to lower the payment or drive back without the car. To our surprise, Kevin took it upon himself to have the car already cleaned because he was confident that our car was as clean as I had stated. And, he even dropped the extra few dollars a month so that we were exactly where we were in the original monthly payment. I have never had a better experience with a car salesman. When do people find out that the price is actually lower than stated (especially if it's over the phone)? I can't say enough good things about Kevin and the Davis dealership. We were treated respectfully and not pressured to purchase any type of extra coverage etc. They also have soda, juices, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt etc which are all complementary. I told Kevin I would be seeing him again in 3 years when the lease was up. More

Great pricing and service from start to finish. I was skeptical to the phenomenal deal I worked out with Charles online, and even expressed that to him, as no other dealer would honor that quote. He assured me the price was accurate. I skeptically went to the dealer, and sat down with Gonzalo. After some small talk, I signed a few papers and bought the car for the price I was quoted! It was that simple. No high pressure tactics or hoops to jump through, just Top notch service from start to finish. Even the waiting room was impressive! It's like a mini pastry shop. Complementary coffee, chips, cookies, cakes, ect. Not your typical waiting room with stale coffee and...stale coffee. In addition, Davis offers many incentives as far as maintenance goes that you wouldn't get from a typical dealer. All in all, if I had to do it over again, I'd save myself some time and go directly to Davis. Thanks again guys! More

At the time I arrived, I was not sure what vehicle, if any, that I would purchase. Davis was my first stop. When I went to another dealership, it was not a Honda dealership by the way, I knew almost right away that I would be going back to Davis. As a matter of fact, I felt I could not wait to get back to Davis. The difference in atmosphere between the two dealerships was so noticeable. I was happy to get back to Davis and purchase my Honda Fit. More
