I went to Davis Honda to consider trading in my Land Rover for the Mercedes ML 350 they had. Orlando Viera showed me the vehicle and was very thorough in describing the features. While on the test drive together, it was easy to see he enjoyed his work and his relationship with Davis Honda. I wanted more for my trade-in than he could initially offer. Orlando introduced me to Alan Quinonez and we negotiated quite a bit and eventually came to an agreement. Through the whole process, Alan was very cordial and professional. I never felt pressured. John Roche, in explaining the different insurance packages, was very knowledgable and helpful. Working with the Davis team made buying a car there a pleasure and I will be happy to recommend Davis to all I know. More

I Would definitely recommend this place! I went in there with my sister and her husband who was already customers from there. I just want to say how comfortable I felt working with Gus,and cassie very friendly people and great customer service! They worked hard on helping me get the car I wanted and let me tell you they are the best! Thank you guys! We have been loyal Toyota customers for many years and decided to look into a Honda CR-V after reading reviews on the Consumer Reports website. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Gus Combas, and we en decided to look into a Honda CR-V after reading reviews on the Consumer Reports website. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Gus Combas, and we enjoyed working with him throughout the purchase process. Gus was very knowledgeable about both the Toyota RAV-4 and the CR-V and was able to offer a comparison of features and standard vs. optional equipment. Once we had made a decision, Gus explained the controls and took the time to sync our phones with the Bluetooth system. We certainly appreciated his time and customer service; he worked diligently to make the process as easy and comfortable as possible for us. More
We visited this dealership to purchase a new Civic. We got this information after we picked the car/color. It was such a waste of our time. We do not recommend this dealership. More
I was in desperate need of a brand new Honda civic si sedan white in color, which was very hard to find in white. I drove to the dealer and met Shawn who then turned me on to salesman Jalil McGaskill who was also very helpful and professional . I must say that the finance manager Bernadette Estelow was also very professional. Would I buy another Honda from Davis Honda you bet and would I recommend to a family member or friend you bet. In closing this is my first Honda purchase and it wont be my last from Davis Honda. More
The visit to Davis Honda was initially to just look at the inventory of 2013 Accords. Talking with the sales representative, Jalil, was very strait forward. This was a great buying expierience and we now have a wonderful 2013 Accord. More
I have a vehicle that I purchased from Willis Honda (now Davis dealership). Until last week I had excellent service from this dealer, both during my purchase and when I came for routine service on the car. Davis dealership). Last week, I had a bad experience relating to some proposed body repair: I had not received a timely response to a request for a quote for some repairs and the quote I finally received seemed quite high for the work to be done. I posted my experience on DealerRater and sent a copy of my posting directly to Davis Honda. The next morning I received a call from Ed Grobelny at their body shop telling me that he had investigated my incident and acknowledging that I had not been treated appropriately. We had a good discussion about what had caused the problem - I went to the dealer to get my estimate, but all they were able to do at the dealer was to take a few photos and then send the photos to their body shop which is 20 miles away. From the photos the damage appeared worse than it actually was. Ed went out of his way to ensure that I will get the repairs at a very reasonable cost. While every organization has a problem from time to time, Davis Honda employees have handled my situation in a way that shows they value providing great service. DealerRater has been a great resource to help me communicate my problem to Davis Honda so they could address the problem and retain a satisfied customer. More
Let me first start off by saying that this is the 4th Brand New vehicle I've purchased, 3 of them from the "DAVIS" family of dealerships. From the very moment I walked into the dealer I felt comfortable Brand New vehicle I've purchased, 3 of them from the "DAVIS" family of dealerships. From the very moment I walked into the dealer I felt comfortable and relaxed, even more then I did in my experience with "Willis Honda" in 2008 when I purchased a silver 2008 Accord EXL and in 2011 when I leased a blue 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited from Davis Hyundai. I was greeted originally by very professional personnel at the front desk who quickly got the Sales Manager "Jeff" as I requested. Jeff greeted me by name and made me feel welcomed almost immediately. He then introduced me to the sales person I would be dealing with throughout the remainder of my experience. The sales person I was paired up with was "Gonzalo Combas". He was very friendly, greeted me by name and he too made me feel very comfortable. He was very professional and didn't seem eager to sale me the car but rather he truly seemed like he felt as if offering my wife and I a great buying experience was most important to him. In other words, the general hassle of purchasing / leasing a new vehicle is having to contend with pushy salesmen who put such a great deal of pressure on you and leave you feeling drained and stressed out by the end of the day. Davis Honda was nothing like that. In fact it was the total opposite! My experience with this dealer was what I would call a dream experience. The type that you never thought you could get from a car dealer. The amazing part about this place was that it separated from what was once "Willis Honda" which now sales the companies used cars as a used car lot and moved a few miles up the road to a brand new spot where the brand new cars are sold at "Davis Honda". The building is super new. In fact, I was told at the the time of my purchase they were only there for about 3 months. I really can't stress enough how great this experience was! Gus showed a great deal of respect towards my wife and I, even stepping away from his desk without us asking to so that my wife and I could discuss our financial budget personally and in private. He was also an all around people person. He talked about his family and even shared pictures with us of his 3 beautiful children. The dealer was very clean and offered refreshments such as Jello with fruit in it, muffins, danishes and a variety of beverages all free to the customer! The sales manager Jeff made sure that we got the best deal up front. This is the first time I've been to a dealer and never had to haggle. It was like all the work was already done for me. I got an EXCELLENT price on my vehicle at a great payment that I can afford. I was even given more for my trade than it was worth! I never felt that commission was important to my sales person, rather, my wife and I being comfortable and happy with our purchase seemed to be what mattered most. Gus, as Gonzalo is referred to was very patient with me. He answered all of our questions and never made us feel rushed or as if he was getting annoyed as we have felt by other sales people in the past at other dealers. Cassie who got our financing together for us was very sweet and knowledgeable as well. She really expressed her appreciation to us for sticking with the DAVIS family of dealerships for our last three vehicles and rewarded us with steep discounts on additions to our vehicle such as window etching and tire protection, etc. She was very personable as well, even telling us funny stories about her experiences working at the dealer. We shared some funny car experiences with her as well. I guess I can go on even longer but if you are still reading this just know that taking the trip to this dealership which is about 30 min's away from me, rather then going to Hamilton Honda which is only 10 min's from my home was probably one of the best decisions I made in a long time! I have come to know that when a customer is loyal and stays within the Davis family, the Davis family of dealers is loyal in return and will actually go out of their way to please you and see to it that you continue to come back to them. To sum this all up: I was in the market for a midsize family sedan that was reliable, nice to look at, comfortable to drive and had a sense of sporty handling to it with good gas mileage to boot. I found all of that and more in my new Dark Gray 2013 Honda Accord EX sedan. I am so happy I went to Davis and the only thing I regret is actually stepping foot in other dealers in the past. My original plan was not just to shop around for the best price but also to cross shop for the best vehicle. Therefore, my wife and I had planned to visit a Mazda dealer to take a look at the new 2014 Mazda 6 and a Nissan dealer to take a look at the 2013 Nissan Altima. I'm glad I didn't have to waste anymore time at any other dealerships. This was the first one I went to and I left with the car I wanted at the price I wanted at a payment I could afford. What could be better? I strongly recommend to anyone who is in the market for a newer vehicle to give Davis a try. I did and I am extremely happy! I know you won't be disappointed either. Thank you to everyone that I dealt with at Davis Honda: Jeff, Gus and Cassie. Not just for such an all around wonderful buying experience but for making us feel like we are part of the family...
