Best car buying experience ever! I went to Davis Honda looking for a used Honda Civic. Paul greeted me at the door and was very welcoming. He made me feel very relaxed and calm, as buying a new car can be nerve racking sometimes. He answered all my questions and made me feel good about my decision. Paul made the whole car buying experience easy and I ended up with the perfect car for me. Not only was Paul great, Bernadette in finance was amazing as well. She was super friendly and bared with me while I asked a million questions. She explained everything to me and reassured me I had made the right choice. I would highly recommend the place for all car buying needs. I've already told my family and friends to buy cars there! More
Horrible Dealership I almost bought a car here. First off, listing price is not anywhere close to the actual price. With all the fees, tax, and warranties and such, the p I almost bought a car here. First off, listing price is not anywhere close to the actual price. With all the fees, tax, and warranties and such, the price went up $4,000 higher. The salesman brought the price down to a reasonable number and I agreed to buy the car for that figure. 4 hours of paperwork later, I noticed the payments weren't adding up correctly. Turns out the salesman LIED TO MY FACE and switched the price back up to listing price without telling me!!! I walked out. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE unless you want to be tricked into paying thousands more than you agreed to. More

Long-time customer continues to see excellent service I have been going to Willis/Davis Honda for 22 years. The reason that I keep going back is that I trust them and am always treated with respect. Unfortunately many dealers and car salesmen have terrible reputations: poor ethics, commission oriented, and short-sightedness, so when you find a place where you can trust them, you get excellent service both on the sales side and maintenance, you stick with them. My recent purchase was a surprise: I took my eight year old Civic in for service and ended up trading it in and getting a new vehicle. The sales team (I worked mostly with Paul) was supportive and helpful and listened to what I wanted rather than try to up-sell me to something I didn't. All around great experience and I have no reason to change where I go in the future. More

I called to inquire and get more pics about the vehicle because they only had one on the add and they send me pictures of a different car, i called and told the rep that that wasn't the car in the picture. I wanted to go see the vehicle and a sales rep told me that the car was towed in and it doesn't turn on, so i asked him when it would be available to see it and he responded he didn't know because that vehicle wasn't a priority to be looked at by the mechanics, so i asked why advertise a vehicle to sell that wasn't the correct one and didn't turn on and he said he didn't know why, i was upset and said have a good day and hang up the call. Later on that day i called back because i was still upset about the misleading add and i spoke with a manager named luke, told him what happened and he apologized and i told him i was coming in the next day and he said ok ill have a tech look at the car, i showed up the next day, asked for him and he sent another sales guy to help me, he never gave me the time of day and never came to greet me and try to resolve the matter, he just swept us under the rug and i left without any results. They also went as far to tell me that when they do look at the car they were going to tack on the repair cost of whatever is wrong with the car. This is false advertisement of the condition of a vehicle and misleading picture to advertise but they sure kept mentioning me getting a loan to buy a more expensive car. I printed the add and glad i did because later on that day it was taken down after i told them i was going to complain and call the media also for false advertisement. More

We met with Kevin, who was very friendly and easy to work with. He seemed like he wanted us to walk away happy, which was appreciated. We had gone to Hamilton Honda before Davis and walked away before making it to the showroom because the sales guy there was just rude and horrible. Overall it was a positive experience at Davis. The only thing that bothered me was whenever I spoke to any of the other salesmen, they called me 'hun,' 'darling,' or talked mainly to my husband even though I was the main negotiator. This was never a problem with Kevin, but with at lease two other salesmen. It was not enough to make me leave, but something that I found very off putting. More
