Not honest! I wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord EXL, I had got 3 quotes and called to see if they could match my quoted price. They said yes. I asked if I cou I wanted to purchase a new Honda Accord EXL, I had got 3 quotes and called to see if they could match my quoted price. They said yes. I asked if I could have the car set aside until I could get in there (1 day) they told me they would do that. When I called back later in the day they had sold all the cars for the type I was looking at. They never asked me to put a deposit down to hold the car. I thought because I was a repeat customer, they were holding the car as a courtesy. They also told me they didn't want my business! I was dealing with the Sales Manager for the entire process. Very unhappy. More

Easy Transaction Went in on a Monday night, drove off the lot with my new vehicle. They worked hard at getting me the best rate they could.
