Tried to have my vehicle serviced under warranty and for a recall but Davis Mazda had to reschedule my appointment three times due to lack qualified technicians who can perform the task. They also could not a recall but Davis Mazda had to reschedule my appointment three times due to lack qualified technicians who can perform the task. They also could not fix one of my warranty issues and I was told Mazda is aware of the problem but the Dealer did not have a fix. . Finally, I reported another unrelated warranty issue they could not duplicate, but I still experienced the same problem the next day. Not a good experience overall but they/Mazda did provide a loaner car.. More

The service center for regular maintenance on my vehicles is always excellent and wonderful customer service. The wait area is always very clean.
