I would never never recommend this dealership they do NOT stand by their Word nor the products they sell. They are rude and very condescending. They super glued part of the driver side mirror instead of repl stand by their Word nor the products they sell. They are rude and very condescending. Such a shame to pay $ 50k for a truck only to have multiple pieces fall off of it within weeks and then tell me oh you will have to pay for the repair parts yourself. Such terrible service. More

The people in the collision center (Brittany, John, and Ashley) did a wonderful repair on my 07 Corvette. Even though it took longer than I expected, the sales staff Adrian and Tim, was great. It's when I went to the finance manager that things went downhill. When I went over the final numbers with Adrian, e staff Adrian and Tim, was great. It's when I went to the finance manager that things went downhill. When I went over the final numbers with Adrian, everything was fine. Just what I was wanting. When I went into see the fianace manager, Chris, I advised him that I wasn't interested in buying any additional warranties. Chris advised me that there might be one I would be interested in that would actually reduces my monthly payment(??) and I would have free oil changes for the duration of the loan. It was the Customer Care program. I asked how that could be. He advised it was something the dealer does (not exact words). That said, I didn't bother looking over the final Buyers Order that closely, as I thought evrything was good to go based on discussions so far. Shame on me. I looked over the Buyers Order the day after. There was an additional $1570.00 line item which was the warranty. I called Chris. Left a message as it was Easter Sunday. He called back the following day and was accomodating and apologized for the "misunderstanding". However, he advised he couldn't back this out as it was an electronic buyers order. He said he would notify the lien holder and they wiill take the amount off of the end of the loan. I'm not exactly happy with that, as I'll pay interest on something I didn't want anyway. My monthly payment went from $427 to $454. I won't be back to this dealership for this reason. FYI, I buy a new vehicle every 2 or 3 years. More
