I dropped my car off overnight in the key deposit box. I was called the next day to let me know I would be prioritized the following morning (very reasonable since it was an unexpected drop-off). When I was called that morning they let me know what the problem was, that they had the part in stock, and that it was complete and ready for pickup. From arrival to driving away with my car it was 15 minutes (tops). I am beyond satisfied! More
