Attention Ladies...this dealership discriminates against women and needs to be held accountable. We broke down in the area and had no choice but to have a new transmission installed. When the Service Manager, Paul Geisel was informed my husband’s name wasn’t on my credit card he refused to accept it even after I sent a copy of my drivers license and FL billing address. He didn’t even attempt to process the charge. Mr Geisel requested I sign a form pledging my payment of $5700 with my credit card...even after that, Mr Geisel refused to accept my card without any attempt to submit for payment. My husband’s credit card was accepted within minutes of his arrival without question but the vehicle is registered only to me. How can someone with this Neanderthal mentality still be managing businesses? Ladies...stay away from Paul Geisel’s service department and Davis Chevrolet Cadillac in Gainesville, FL. I had bad experience there on added charges I did not know. Also check around other places on repairs as this dealer tends to overprice and tell you things you need which are not true. Once you sign they will use your signature to defend their scam. They take advantage of students in the area who do not know enough about car repairs. More
Absolutely dishonest and awful staff. I work at a prison and have to be really careful about who/how long I interact with people with this virus stuff going around. Was told by the salesman Mark Brannan that they could hold the vehicle me as long when they ran my credit I was approved for the truck loan. I gave them my info to do just that, got approved for the loan and made plans to come pick it up on my day off. I got a text the following morning from mr mark Brannon that they sold the truck after I was told they were holding it for me. Not to mention the foul language mr Brannon used due to the fact “he’s just as mad as I am because he lost money on the *uckin truck”. More

We purchased two brand new vehicles in the same week. CJ was our salesman and he is EXCELLENT.
