Terrible service department! As far as the service went it was terrible. Scheduled an appointment for service that Chevrolet says would only take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour and As far as the service went it was terrible. Scheduled an appointment for service that Chevrolet says would only take 30 minutes and it took 1 hour and 25 minutes. Attempted to make an appointment a week prior and was told that since I didn't purchase the vehicle there that they weren't sure if they would be able to do the android auto update. They told me that they would find out and call me right back. After a little bit I hadn't received a call and so I called them back and they told me they still hadn't found out, but they would call me back and that it might be awhile. I had to call Chevrolet Infotainment Customer Support Group who informed me that there was absolutely without a doubt no restrictions on getting the service performed based on purchasing location. The lady I spoke with called your service department and relayed what she had told me. Many hours later, about 5 or 6 they called me to set up an appointment and gave me some run around that they had to verify they could perform the service. I feel that my time has been absolutely wasted dealing with your dealership and that my value as a customer is non existent. More

Jeff told me that I only would get four oil changes. So I ask to speak to the sales associate. Then I was informed "he no longer works for us". Six months later I'm back in for my final" free " service and was told I had too many miles and my service contract was out. I ask to speak to Management and he laughed and says I wasn't there and can't verify what you were told. I'll never ever spend another dime at Davis Chevrolet! I will not buy another vehicle is patronize the service department. This place is full of CROOKS! More
Bad sales and service department I had a 2014 Silverado that had pretty much everything go wrong with it, computer, brakes, steering, stabil trak, and so on. Eventually the Truck was I had a 2014 Silverado that had pretty much everything go wrong with it, computer, brakes, steering, stabil trak, and so on. Eventually the Truck was out of warranty so I decided to trade it in on a new truck. Dealership was unable to find a new one and was unable to fix my existing one. I paid for the last repair and traded the truck in at another dealership. I purchased a 125000 mile extended warranty on the new one and contacted Davis about the bill for the repair that didn't work. I told a sales manager if they ate the charge for the so called repair, I would bring future work to them. He was rude and did not even consider the offer. By the way GM is of no help whatsoever either. I guess I'll take my service work a hundred miles away. More
39.95 oil change in a 4 cylinder S-10 pickup?? save some money and go to hyundai. seriously overpriced oil change. charged 39.95 labor only to install the inline fuel filter. Awful Experience I went to go buy a car that I have been wanting, and I had a horrible experience from the beginning. They forced us to come in to get the car earlier than we wanted to, even though we put the car on hold. Then they called and said that someone else was looking at the car when in fact no one looked at the car weeks prior to me being interested in it. Then they would not accept our loan and told us that we should have just let them do a credit check. Besides, why should a car of a small size cost so much? I had a crappy deal with a previous car dealership and I wanted this to be better. There is no way the loan should not have been accepted. It was an omen that I should not get the car, because I had a horrible experience. My faith in good car salesmen has diminished severely. Please don't go here if you want a Chevy. Go to Jacksonville.
