Susan has been in and out of the hospital in the last year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make year. Seems like everytime we scheduled an appointment she would end up in the hospital. So a few weeks ago we finally had a chance to call and make an appointment, while I was on the phone the worker said let me check and make sure all the parts are here.She came back a few minutes later and said yep good to go,parts are all here.Day of the appointment comes we show up and they begin work,some time later they come to us with,I'm sorry we dont have all the parts we'd like to take you home and the rest of the parts will be here later this after noon.we will come pick you up tomorrow. When I dropped the car off I had explained that there was a message that the fob batteries were low could you fix that.yep we'll take car of that. Wasn't done.Oil was changed but no sticker on the windshield to let us know when the next service was due.front left plug fell out and when it did we ran over it and and it broke some of the plastic on the underside of the car.they were supposed to fix that, nope didn't get done.We originally took the car in for a rattle on the front left side,they said struts.changed them rattle is still there.I called a couple of days after the appointment to ask how come all the work wasn't completed and her reply was they must have forgotten the batteries and she didn't know about the pieces underneath but she would check the prior work orders and get back to us.from what I understand the original warranty runs out around the 17th of May.So my question is, is anything going to be done about these problems? We never received a reply from Davis,what kind of service is that? More
Entered service area at 750 am for 8am appointment. Initial interaction with Michael the service tech was good. Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Service took 1 hour and 50 minutes. Wrangler sat for 27 minutes in ready area when I asked Michael if he was working on my paperwork. I observed that he was answering phones, helping incoming customers AND processing finished service. I asked if he was only one working service and he replied he and Mr David were splitting the load. My suggestion is to have another service advisor assisting with either inbound calls, inbound walk in service needs and outbound service completion. Many of your customers have been to several DCJ Dealerships and we just want to help our local dealerships. You are busy! Staff the service department to help the customer in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. You're better than Bennett in Kingsland, but not as good as other dealerships in north Georgia and upstate South Carolina. The difference is your staffing levels. Spend the money and hire another associate. Thank you for listening. More
