Had a 10:50 AM. Arrived at dealer at 10:45 AM and checked in for needed service and checks. I noticed after an hour my truck still was not moved into bays. It was about 20 minutes more before it went in. I then waited another hour for an oil change and battery check to be complete. When I booked appointment young lady told me day before whole event would be less than 45 minutes. Why have appointments if they mean nothing. I did appreciate Mike in trying to help me. More

They have a tranny tech there that diagnosed the problem...guess what no more tranny noise on my 2021 Rubicon with less than 17K miles. Was told Car needed rack and pinion replacement. Then told it needed power steering pump and not race and pinion. I paid the $1,960 repair but left with uncertainty abut the repair.
