Very Professional Service department My vehicle had a dead battery that was just under 3 years old but still under warrantee. I was able to get the car started and bring it to this dealer My vehicle had a dead battery that was just under 3 years old but still under warrantee. I was able to get the car started and bring it to this dealership for the first time, being relatively new to the area, where I received a very warm welcome. The service advisor informed me that they would have to run several diagnostics required under the warrantee to ascertain if the battery was the problem or something else. He also provided full disclosure that this could take about two hours and if it proved the battery was not at fault I would be responsible for a cost associated with the diagnostics. I appreciated being informed of this up front and gave my approval to proceed. After shortly less than 2 hours the advisor found me in the waiting area and informed me the battery was in fact the problem, that they had replaced it and I could be on my way with no out of pocket expense. I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of this dealership and will make them the dealership I use to schedule all future services of my vehicle. There is another dealership closer to where I live which I was not impressed with so it is worth the extra trip to receive TOP SHELF customer service. Keep up the good work!! More
