Urgent repairs during cross state trip. During a trip from South Carolina to Florida, we began having issues with a recently purchased 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. It was late in the day During a trip from South Carolina to Florida, we began having issues with a recently purchased 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. It was late in the day but fortunately we happened to take the exit where Davis Chrysler was. After calling the dealership, Ryan offered to check the vehicle codes even though he could have easily said our techs are gone and we are closed. After checking what the computer said, he gave honest and important feedback on what he thought we needed to do. We decided to spend the night and Ryan said they would expedite us first thing in the morning. After dropping the van off in the morning, they diagnosed the problem, presented our alternatives, effected the repairs and got us back on the road by lunch. This was a very important trip to my family as it dealt with seeing my dying mother so my gratitude toward you and your staff cannot be overstated for getting us back on the road so quickly. Thank you all! More

Corporate Intervention Necessary I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told m I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told me parts weren't available yet but I would receive another notice when they became available. The cable failed in my car before the new parts became available. I took my car to the service department and was told I would have to pay for them to put a known defective part in my car. Then after the recall part was replaced, I would have to petition Dodge Corporate for reimbursement for the repair. They wouldn't entertain the idea that the repair should be at no cost to me. I called Dodge Corporate Recall Customer Service, got a case number, and corporate made the call to have Davis replace the defective part at no cost to me. It is a shame that I had to get Dodge Corporate involved to force Davis to take the ethical and moral repair action at no cost to me. They were extremely friendly and courteous after the Corporate intervention. More
