Corporate Intervention Necessary I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told m I received a recall on my 2016 Dodge Dart for a transmission cable. I called Davis dealership service department to schedule the repair. They told me parts weren't available yet but I would receive another notice when they became available. The cable failed in my car before the new parts became available. I took my car to the service department and was told I would have to pay for them to put a known defective part in my car. Then after the recall part was replaced, I would have to petition Dodge Corporate for reimbursement for the repair. They wouldn't entertain the idea that the repair should be at no cost to me. I called Dodge Corporate Recall Customer Service, got a case number, and corporate made the call to have Davis replace the defective part at no cost to me. It is a shame that I had to get Dodge Corporate involved to force Davis to take the ethical and moral repair action at no cost to me. They were extremely friendly and courteous after the Corporate intervention. More

Everyone was friendly, understanding, efficient, and kind. I was on time for my appointment. Bull Franklin Jr. (my car) was taken to be serviced immediately upon check-in. The attendants and service personnel I was on time for my appointment. Bull Franklin Jr. (my car) was taken to be serviced immediately upon check-in. The attendants and service personnel made sure I was comfortable while waiting for Franklin to be serviced. I was offered a complimentary ride but declined because I wanted to relax in the lounge. By the way, the lounge was very accommodating. The wait wasn't as long as I expected, and the service was on point. More

My car was under warranty but I was in a different state (Florida), away from my home dealership, and it was a holiday (Memorial Weekend). I called and spoke with Shay in the service department. She not only got my car in, but also got it diagnosed and fixed (parts had to be ordered) under warranty in a little over 1 day. Shay and the service team did a great job. And also we didn't lose any time on our vacation. More
