Our advisor Mike took fantastic care of me. Worked me in the same day I called for a diagnostic for my Jeep GC AC. He got me in and called me back promptly with the results. I had a leaking evaporator coil. $3200+ quote to fix. I approved the job based on the agreement that it would be fixed in 4 days for me to pickup. Mike called me less than 2 days later telling me it was fixed and ready to picked up. Fantastic! When I picked it up, I checked for marks on and around my dash to make sure there was no visible signs of damage. None that I can see. I was able to take it on my planned trip to FL. A/c works great! Much better! Reason for 4 star is I now have a new issue. I have a loud super annoying humming sound coming from my dash when on the interstate at speeds above 60 mph. It sounds like a large nest of very angry hornets in my dash. It’s too loud to live with. Not for $3,197. So now I have to take it back to another dealership since I moved to southwest FL this weekend and no longer near Yulee, FL. And hope they can get rid of the “very angry hornets” and not damage my dash and not create any more new issues. Don’t get me wrong. The service was great! Mechanic did a great job on fixing the A/c. But the humming is enough to send anyone to the looney bin. More
