I have 4 stars over 3 solely because they did work on my jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minute jeep on Saturday. I scheduled an appointment Thursday for Saturday. I called to ask a question and was told to be in at 9. I showed up a few minutes after 9 and felt that I was being a burden to the staff for being there when I was told to be there. Regardless, I have an extended warranty and asked for a price before any work was completed. I was called 45 minutes later and told the work was complete and my total was about $120. I again said that I asked to be informed of costs. I was told, there's a $100 fee regardless, so it wasn't that big of a deal. Regardless, the work they did and I paid for did not correct the issue. Needless to say, I'll be back next week, but I will not pay the fee a 2nd time, as you are aware of the issue and know what needs to be fixed. More

I had to have a safety recall done on my truck. I called another dealership that was closer to me, but I was told that they don't do that kind of work on the weekends? That's the only time I can ge I called another dealership that was closer to me, but I was told that they don't do that kind of work on the weekends? That's the only time I can get off work BTW. Davis got me in first thing Saturday morning, in and out! I've dealt with the Davis dealership before buying a vehicle, service. I have always had the best experience with them, Sales and Service! Pretty disappointed. We are new jeep owners and looked forward to the customer experience as the sales process had been excellent. The service department let us down.
