The service manager, Brian, should not talk to customers. He’s rude, condescending, and just not a pleasant person to speak with. When you drive your car to a service shop to get fixed, a reasonable expectation is that you will be able to drive it back. Brian said they worked on it for 13 hours and gave me a bill for $2,500, but they didn’t fix anything and told me I probably need it towed. I did not think that was reasonable. Over the phone, Brian asked me what I thought was fair. Since I told them before they started to “fix” my car that I did not want to put any money into the car beyond the repair they said was needed, I thought they should have called me at hour 5 when they verified something was wrong (and that it was potentially a bigger problem than the original diagnostic indicated). He said that was a “low ball offer” he was “going to call the sheriff and put a lien on my car” and “I was taking food off his family’s plate.” He didn’t come back with a counter until after he leveled accusations and insults at me. Don’t trust this service team if it is being led by Brian. I feel his billing practices are questionable. God forbid you question them as you will be accused of taking food off his family’s plate. A couple days ago I was due for an oil change and rotation. Richard in service, got me in the next day, and I only had to wait 40 minutes, and they had me back on the road. Davis also services my wife’s Infiniti. It’s great to have great service you can trust! More

Davis Chevrolet was great to work with when we needed immediate service. They quickly diagnosed our issue, were able to get us back up and running in a little more than 24 hours, compared with other deal immediate service. Everyone was nice and had my best interests in mind. The dealer stood behind their 30-Day warranty for a RAM Truck I bought and replaced a faulty manifold. Very happy with the service results, and that they loaned me a truck in the meantime. It did take an extended time to get my truck back and I didn't get a lot of follow-up on status while they had my vehicle, unless I called them for status updates. However, they seemed really busy and mentioned some of the techs were on vacation. Overall, the truck is running great and I would deal with them again in the future. They run a good business over there. More
