His responses to our questions were very friendly and indicated to us the dealerships' willingness to work with us to purchase a vehicle from them. WE found a Chevrolet Avalanche that was exactly what we were looking for. We had opportunities to test drive with and without the sales staff present. We liked what we saw and now came the part of the dealership working to win our business. Tom worked with us, advocating for us with his manager Scott and we were able to come to an agreeable figure for both parties to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle need headlight work, it was dull on one side and they had us bring it back for a polishing. When we checked the work, we indicated that it still wasn't what we wanted so the dealership REPLACED THE HEADLIGHT AT THEIR COST. That was what we considered excellent service. Our truck was freshly washed and detailed also when we picked it up. We can return to the dealership at anytime and they will wash the truck for us. Also, on the day we picked up the vehicle, they had filled the tank full of gas for us. Have any of you ever had a dealership do that for you...especially on a used vehicle. Like I said, give them a try they will beat any dealership you have ever worked with before!. More
