I didn't want to leave a review immediately, because I was hoping if I have more time, my request for a 2nd key would be completed. When purchasing my 2017 Silverado a year ago, Acura pushed a package for was hoping if I have more time, my request for a 2nd key would be completed. When purchasing my 2017 Silverado a year ago, Acura pushed a package for a $5k package which allowed be to fix dents, scratches, get a key & ECT. I tried getting a 2nd key, but was told I cannot use this "pushed package" unless Acura provided me with a 2nd key. It has been over 2 months and I have still not gotten any answers. The passed 2 weeks, I have called; of course no one answered; not have I gotten a call back. My complaint is against the Finance Department. Overall, they are friendly and cool. I know I am patient, so leaving a review is a big deal. All I want is a 2nd key OR my $5k back for being pushed this package which I CANNOT USE because I was never given a 2nd key. Thank you More
