Service is great, only issue I had was with my service advisor. I knew I had to drop my car off and that it would take a couple days to fix. The only issue I had was when my advisor wouldn’t answer the ph advisor. I knew I had to drop my car off and that it would take a couple days to fix. The only issue I had was when my advisor wouldn’t answer the phone, or call me to give my updates. All I wanted was to check the status on my vehicle and he wouldn’t call me back or answer when I called him, everytime service tried to direct me to him he wouldn’t be at his desk, and I was told I’d get a call back asap. Other than that service is great keep your car clean and gives it to you in the best condition. More

This I'd the 3rd Battery I am replacing for my 2015 RDX, I was at Davis Acura last week for oilchange and the report they gave me says Bettery is ok, week after its dead. I don't know what kind of multi level inspection they are doing.They play cheap games to make money,No respect to Customers.Really bad service.When service Manger is not available everyone in the service department is the Manager.Realy Pathetic.Very disappointing More
