I rate 1 star because the loaner car I was scheduled for given away to another client. There was no call to me to notify me of this inconvenience. The loaner car I was given from enterprise absolutely sucke given away to another client. There was no call to me to notify me of this inconvenience. The loaner car I was given from enterprise absolutely sucked and it was filthy. I hated being in it every second. The only thing I liked was the fact that the issues I came to service for was fixed with no issues and that’s honesty. The service advisors seem like they hate their job and are just upset with the world. They don’t seem like they want to be there and it makes me not want to be there either. The one gentleman who gave me a ride to the enterprise was very kind and nice but the service environment doesn’t feel healthy to me. I with this would change. My local Acura Dealer is the complete opposite of Davis Acura and is a place where I genuinely want to bring my car to and spend money for parts and maintenance. Davis just rubs me the wrong way and I hate it. I know that there are folks who genuinely work hard there and I tip my hat to you but the environment at Davis is not and has not been a pleasant experience for me. More
