The experience with the dealership has always been good but recently they didn't check my brakes properly. I was told to get them changed by December 2023 and when I went in March 2024 they said they were but recently they didn't check my brakes properly. I had a different mechanic take a look and I was a few centimeters away from the rotors. Not sure if they mixed my car with another but if I had not gotten them looked at again I would have had a very pricey bill my next visit. More

I have leaks on both the driver side and passenger side every time it rains. When I first mentioned it, the service advisor brushed it off and they only cleaned out the moon roof channels. When this didn't fix the problem, I had to push to have them do more extensive testing. Again they said they did not find any leaks. I was told by the tech to take it to a body shop. When I picked up my car, the service advisor was gone for the day. I called and emailed the next couple of days but did not receive a response. I took the car to a non-Acura dealer who has a person come in to specifically find leaks. I was told the seal around the windshield is leaking and has to be replaced. I brought the invoice into the dealer and the service advisor told me I had schedule an appointment to validate the invoice (even though they tested twice but found nothing). More
The team of service advisors at Davis Acura lack accountability. I expect to be in good hands especially at Davis but was ignored and treated poorly. Chris Yates, David, and Jonathan Figueroa, need accountability. I expect to be in good hands especially at Davis but was ignored and treated poorly. I replaced the OEM wind shield from Davis Acura. After that my line keeping assistance are not working properly. I take to Davis they keep my mdx for 2 days and say ever andworking normal. When I drive the mdx in sunny day my line keep assistance still malfunctioning. In the meantime I find out from other Acura dealer we need to calibrate after wind shield replacement need Calibration and wheel alignment it’s part of that work. Out side it cost $600+ tax. But they are not telling me about that . I went back I ask them did you calibrate sensors and camera they say yes. Unfortunately I am driving with my mdx malfunctioning safety system. Didn’t felt like my issue was taken seriously. I know I bought a preowned car and noticed some rattling but left feeling like nothing will come out of this visit.
