I brought my car in without an appointment as my ar indicated that there was a transmission issue. The service department took it in immediately to determine the issue. As the car is a 2021 TLX with only 29,000 miles on it, I was shocked to understand how this could be. This was my 5th Acura. I was given a 2023 TLX as a loaner car while the service was being performed. I indicated that I had a schedule vacation on St Simons Island, GA, which is over 800 miles away. this was indicated not to be a problem. It took two and a half weeks to get in a new transmission, install it and road test the car. I got a call that it was ready, shortly after my return. The warranty covered the costs of repairs, and the car is running well. Victor kept me informed on the timing and did a great job on the repair work. Rich May More
