I am 61 years old and this is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The service manager Brandi did absolutely nothing to help me with my problem all she did was gi customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The service manager Brandi did absolutely nothing to help me with my problem all she did was give me a 1-800 number to Nissan which I could have easily looked up on Google myself--I'm not entirely sure but I don't think she's qualified to pour a cup of coffee let alone run an entire service department We bought three Nissans from that Davidson dealership never again in my life will I spend one red penny at that facility--I told her that and she obviously doesn't care--please heed my advice and absolutely positively 1000%, do NOT buy from any Davidson Auto group facility you will regret it for the rest of your life More

I was pleased with the buying experience as there wasn’t a great deal of negotiating, and the delivery was smooth. I’m disappointed in the condition of the Highlander, as all 3 wipers needed to be replaced a great deal of negotiating, and the delivery was smooth. I’m disappointed in the condition of the Highlander, as all 3 wipers needed to be replaced, and the rear wiper was disintegrated. The cabin filter was in need of replacement, as was the engine air filter. Upon examination of the engine air filter, there was evidence of mice, as a portion of it was nibbled off. And when I checked the air box below the filter, I found the dead mouse. I’ve also noticed a peculiar odor in the cabin, and I shampooed the carpets thinking this may eliminate it, but the odor persists. Overall, I like the vehicle, but additional attention needs to be taken on pre-owned vehicles. More
