We were extremely disappointed to read your review, as it does not accurately reflect the efforts made by our team. Our Service Manager was actively working with you to explore possible solutions by coordinating with both our Fixed Operations team and the tire manufacturer in an effort to assist with your concern. As outlined in the vehicle warranty documentation, tire replacement is the customer’s responsibility, including during a lease term. We always encourage reviewing the warranty booklet, as it clearly details coverage limitations and responsibilities. While we understand that vehicle concerns can be frustrating, speaking to our team with disrespect or personal insults is not warranted. Our staff strives to treat every customer with professionalism and respect, and we expect the same in return. Despite this, our team continued to work toward a potential resolution on your behalf.

Perhaps your response to me should have said, Hi Mr. Davey, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our dealership, but instead you thought it would be appropriate to tell me what Brandi told you--and you thought it would be professional and good customer service to tell me I should read my lease agreement--REALLY??? So, I guess I will need to explain to you what customer service means--When a customer expresses a concern, problem, or situation to an organization. The proper response from your service manager should be something like, I am sorry you are having this problem--let me see what I can do to help you. We care about your business and we want you to return to our auto group and lease another vehicle --instead, what I heard from Brandi, over, and over, and over--RIGHT FROM THE START, was and I quote :"I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do" --If Brandi (the WORST service manager ever), said that to me once, she said it 30 times during our 20 minute conversation--the one and only thing she said she would do for me was give me a 1-800 number to call Nissan. That is NOT customer service, that is passing the buck--not taking responsibility for the product YOU sell and that stinks to high heaven as far as I am concerned. I said to Brandi (the WORST service manager ever) that I would pay for the tire that had the puncture in it, if she would provide the other 3 tires for me at no cost, and she said "I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do", I said if the Davidson Auto Group would pay for 2 tires, I will pay for 2 myself, and she said "I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do"--I then asked if she could sell me the 3 needed tires at cost and Brandi said, yup you got it --"I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do". So I said, OK, what if I pay for 3 tires, and you pay for one tire , and by now I am sure you know what she said "I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do". Lastly I asked her if she could give me a discount on 4 tires, and of course she said --are you ready--here is comes "I would like to help you but there is NOTHING I can do". Seeing that I was getting absolutly no where with Brandi, (the WORST service manager ever), I asked to speak to someone else. She said the only other person I could talk to was some guy named Scott. I asked for his number but of course she never gave me his number. I then asked Brandi if she would please have Scott call me and I never received a phone call from him. I understand that tires may be the responsibility of the lessee, since they are a wearable item, however, the main reason that I lease a vehicle, is so that I don't have to replace, tires, and brakes and batteries, and wiper blades, and, and, and... I guess the thing angers and frustrates me the MOST is that Nissan, AND the Davidson Auto Group knew about this problem, as both the sales person, and Brandi (the WORST service manager ever) said that this problem had been going on for about 1 1/2 years before it got fixed, and yet no one disclosed this information at the time of the lease. Nor at anytime during the lease was I made aware that these very sub-par tires and would only last 15,000 miles. And of course I was told by your service department that I couldn't drive the car with one new tire, and 3 crappy ones, because that might negatively impacet the transfer case---And of course all of this took place on Christmas Eve. So Davidson's solution was for me to buy 4 new tires at a price of $1.100 the very day I brought the car in to have the one tire fixed. I am outraged and dismayed at the TOTAL lack of customer service that Brandi provided. and your callous and seditious reply just fuels the fire even more.......................... Just to let you know -- I work at an organization that services 20 local component school districts, plus, I teach at two state universities, and I plan to share my experience with EACH and EVERY single teacher, principal, superintendent, administrator, and faculty member in these organizations. Mark my words, I will go out of my way, every opportunity I get to share my story about about what happened at your facility In addition, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office here in Watertown, NY Good day!!!!!

The maintenance shop was very pleasant to deal with. The waiting area is comfortable. I was not pushed to buying something other than the service I was there for. More
